Thank you for this! This video helped tremendously with my cajon selection last year! I went with the Popercussion BigBass Box and am completely thrilled with it!!

Congratulation. The BigBass Box is a phantastic instrument: crisp snare, punchy bass tone and usable sounds on the backside.

No. It is not miced. It is a space of ca. 6L x 6W x 2,8H m inside a shop for musical instruments and equipment. There is Molton on two walls (background and right side of the stage) and some plates of pyramide foam under the ceiling. The sound comes from the internal mic of my little Sony Handycam, placed in a distance of ca. 6-7 m.

Die Dogs Cajon hören sich im gegensatz zu den Anderen echt super an. Erstaunlich "fetter" bzw starker Bass. Schön abgegrenzt zum Snare.
