my best time is 40 sec. we had to get under a minute to earn our shields in academy

What I do is I Put on my Pants and Jacket. I grab my helmet and gloves. Button and put the rest on in the truck.

@nuttin15 Bottles(Tanks) are usually round on each side but on one end there is a valve setup ! Well thats how it is here in ireland !

@TheDJAaronD oic well the tank is flat so that way you can flip it over your back so it sets flat on the ground for a fast grab.

yeah man the best ive ever done is a 1:30 as well it makes me feel crappy some guys on my department can do it in 45 seconds
