hey can you help i have youtube video grabber and i get the video there on the program when i type in the URL but there is this button that says download FLV and i press it and nothing happens it doesnt go to my desktop or where i save it and i have a mac and when i downloaded tubeTilla or Vdownloader they all come up as documents HELP PLEASE
