the REASON WHY stylist tell you not to color your hair with box color is cause it's the worse when you try to strip out when you try to go lighter. not trying to bash on people but when you use box color and go to a salon and try to be 3 times lighter after you use box color IT MAKES EVERYTHING HARDER FOR THE STYLIST. AND MORE MONEY. the box color requires you to cleanse it out with bleach. so they it causes more damages. so think before you decide to use box color. Just saying.

I color may hair with store bought brand and all I do is add some variacion blue and green to the color and I get the best color. alot better than salon. those blue and green Variacions eliminate all the red and orange glows and I get the perfect color!

I'm Mexican too, and I have a very nice deep chocolate brown color and it looks really pretty in the sun cause you can see that its actually brown.

But my friend has dark hair and she's Mexican too but it doesnt really look good on her cause shes barely a freshmen and it makes her look older.

Just stick with something light but not too light.

Or you can try a nice dark auburn color, that was pretty popular color this year.
