@jkmang303 Yes but instead of tennis balls use paired up socks in the knee high socks, it will make them slower cos of the air drag, it will also hurt less. So then when they move to actual poi once they have the movements down it is faster and less effort :)

yea...but his user name is meenik,but i think you should start w/ a pair of knee high socke,stick a tennis ball in them,and there you go.

You should start with basic forward and backward spin...and then continue with 3-beat weave..try to search for Nick Woolsey tutorial..its good..
