Why can't we live in such time again. I am a teenager now and holy shit it sucks. Not that being a teenager sucks, just the times do. In my school nobody is chilled out everyone is constantly on needles about grades and college and shit, and the adults don't help by constantly reminding us how the job market is so rigid now and that you basically have to get a degree in order to have a life. My generation is missing out on this years by worrying about everything so much, its sad really :( .

Everywhere you went on the weekend was just jammed with teens,,,,cars cruising around with like 5 people in each car, music blasting out every car window (8-track tape players probably)...local playgrounds and parks at night were loaded with suburban kids getting high or drinking

We hit the year 2000 with the people a bit more in line so it's time to scare them again so they create the Terrorist.
The rest of the story should be pretty fresh in your mind.

It was a good time for working men. You didnt have to go to college you could do something like build houses make $10/hour, which was a fortune back then. You could go out every night partying, eat well live well, lots less stress. Now if you lose your corporate job you hate anyway and have to get a 'regular' job its almost like a death sentence. Every state needs unions or something you cant live off a regular job like in the 70's.

Ha, I had some fun in High School, but it was nothing like this.
I went to 3 different Schools, first one was all about acting tough and just loaded with gangstas and shit. 2 was bunch of spoiled rich kids also trying to act tough and took any drug to be cool. 3...I cant remember...LOL

Didn't you get the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson? It came on at 11:30 after the news, that is in Pacific Time. I also used to watch old Monty Python reruns late at night on our local PBS station.

I love being messed up and getting messed up while watching this movie or soundtrack, I wish that all the legality shit was laxed now as it was in the 70's!!!
My parents tell me "OH things were diff back then it was not as bad just a fine and slap on the wrist"

lol wen i was a freshman the seniors would do wat is called freshman bank day, some senior tried to role up to me by himself i slammed him headfirst into a vending machine, kicked him in the ribs and spat on him. that was only 2 years ago, im not even graduated yet. btw awesome movie, watched it for the first time while i was stoned and eating pizza, fucking great
