As an adult if you want nudity just use google and youll find enough nudity to last a lifetime. And your statement is so generic "the media", are pornographic creators not in the media? are the directors of teen comedy films not media? Do you want breasts paraded on television? They do filter out most of the violent content movies on public television. Just seems like a bad arguement.

Not one of these movies were meant for children to see, just like most movies with sex and/or nudity are. The "media" isn't responsible for any acceptance of any--if you're an adult make a choice. Don't appreciate don't watch. If you're a parent and don't appreciate it don't allow it in your home. The "media' for the most part, and there is all sorts of "media" these days, are observers.

I don't honestly believe there's anything wrong with violence in movies. The gore is there for a reason -- it makes things realistic, and if you aren't going to allow children realism, what can they learn from it?

Sexuality, on the other hand, can only properly be understand by a more mature audience. Perhaps that's why?
