or "measure half-moon" for the exact translation...

and "capoeirra" says its wrong because the move in the game just use the hand to balance the body in case of self failing, but the real one protect your head from any kind of impact, baing from any counter attack, or by lost balance of any source... also maintain your head in a place that you can see your enemy while doing the move, what is crutial almost always..
