Don´t run ALL the time, it only make you tired and that would mean dead in any of the panic scenes, like the parrot.

Just run when bobby is near you, not when his music is playing but when you hear his scissors

My guess is in 3D Games, you have a lot more freedom of Movement, making getting traped a lot harder. Due to the 2D Plane, you can easily get trapped in a Hallway. While yes it is a slight due to the design choice, it still works, especialy in a game like this.

Plus frankly the Scissorman is about 10 times more Disturbing then anything Konami can pull out and slap in Silent Hill, in my honest opinion.

And i say that as a Silent Hill Fan, for the record.

Yknow when I was 9 I played M games. To tell you the truth I wouldnt matter if a 9 year old played this game cause they are either easily scared or will enjoy it. Jeez this is one of the more mello M games, ands its really really old. How scary can it freakin' get compaired to games now a days where things are more 3D?

this is the Snes rom..it has the best music and it's pretty complete and has a small size (not over 2 mb) plus it's in english (translated rom)

Then there is the PS version but i don't reccomend it..it's true it has some extras but..it's better the Snes version.

The PC version exist but it is RARE,so damn RARE :)

If she runs when not being chased her stamina goes down. When it goes down, her frame changes from blue, to green, to brown, to red. At certain times, she needs to do a panic button action, to avoid say, geting stabbed by scissorman. The higher her stamina, the better chance that she can fend him off. But fighting in a red zone always deals death, there is little to no escape. Also, fighting is a bad idea anyway, since Bobby will still hound you and you'll lose a chunk of stamina.

Well I played the game in the original version since I know a little Japanese even though her frame goes red you only have like 10% chance of fending him off(at least I manage to a couple of times).
