I think caramel color might makes you look a little bit washout. Maybe just substitute the color with darker shade or brown/tan. It might helps. Also, add more blue to it, I think. Good color for Blue/green eyes?? definitely(in my opinion :p) blue/green/brown/purple/black.­. Hope this helps.. :)
