@skrapid001 No 5th would have been good enough because in Japan and Schumacher would of moved over and let Irvine finish 2nd and he'd of won the title by a point.

Oh dear, Eddie Jordan was such a nice character to see. Of course we can still see him on the BBC commentary team, but I miss him as a team boss...
I hope Vijay Mallya will also one day collect a winning constructor's trophy. Strangely enough, they seem to be a bit alike...

Isn't it ironic, if Irvine passed Michael and finished 5th, that would have been enough to win the world title at the end of the year.
