  • with the new one I Fly 4 times , and in the moment is ok .... I hope 4 long :) ... anyway this plastic pieces they are very very delicated , ( dont look at me or I break ) like this I call them :) ... so good luck and quick repair man ... sorry for my inglish :)

  • @DruMCoMPanY Even on bigger helis, a torque driven tail can be a real problem. My 450TT stripped tail gears twice in just a couple of flights before I realized that taking off or landing in grass is bad, bad, bad. Hope you have better luck with your 2nd one!

  • :O :( shit ! ... sorry man. My first 180 was 1 minute fly and was the same , tail failed ... I back to the store ... the change me for a new one ....( DeConcorde here in Belgium ) , and I think ...I was not the only one ... problably is some fabric failed....

  • @DruMCoMPanY This is a common problem with the SP180... like I said, make sure to never land/take-off from grass. Also, when I repair I'm gonna try epoxy to fix the gear to the carbon fiber drive shaft. CA glue is too brittle and won't stick to nylon very well.

  • what goes up must come down

glad she didn't get hurt to bad

  • @wcwickedclown Thanks, man. Estimated Parts Delivery: 02/17/12 - 03/02/12. OUCH! Guess that means I really gotta fix my 450v2 and 450Pro now, lol... Got a total of 4 birds down and on the bench right now... hmmm.... less flyin' and more wrenchin'!
