Kinda have to agree with wholebrainplanet here -- you're clearly wailing on the ball, but it looks like every other ball is either going in the net or sailing into the back fence.
Basically, here's my problem with this technique you're promoting: two hands means twice the number of shots to learn. Thus, your learning curve will be much slower than a "one-armed" player, if you can even get your non-dominant hand to be anywhere nearly as coordinated as the other. I see it as a disadvantage.
