Interesting video. I just discovered these & the organization itself. The non-verbals are very telling in the responses. The statement at approximately 4:19 -- "you guys have made a great 'emotional' ...." case is an interesting choice in terms of is this being taken seriously. Hope this works out for the benefit of all over time -- I think the goals can actually enhance life not only for the store associates, mid-management, etc. but also improve the company's reputation and sales over time.

@ggriffinps You know I was right there looking at her when she said " You made a great emotional case" which made me feel she didn't give two shits about it! Such arrogance...still we strive for better in the workplace regardless.
