Yes, there is a grappling video on our channel as well. We also scrimmage with grappling schools and host a tournament with grappling each year.

whats the maxiam age if youwant to start taek,, and how many years to master it

The short answer is that there is no maximum age and it takes a lifetime to master it.

We do do some gymnastic kicking,(optional) although we are mainly a traditional school.
Do you learn those back flips in taekwondo?
