Teach me your ways!! Been stringing for 5 months w/o handles. But lately have been using them. Color changes I got but seeing you there is so much more I can learn and achieve

@714ERIC661 Haha from where do you hail? im in the denver area, its easier to teach in person lol handles are a lot of fun but take a lot of extra practice time to really get the feel of em down. Once you do get the feel of em down theres so much to learn as you say, just gotta keep practicing :)

Dude, I'd say you're about even with guinto... watching his videos inspired me to pick this up, and you're the first that I've seen since that is as cool as he was... I've already got weaves DOWN, but then again they're like what... the EASIEST thing to do?? any advice on what to attempt next?? I was thinking wraps, then work into orbitals or something... any advice?

@qaiten id say work on wrap and techpoi conepts early, the basic stuff. Also, get a pair of sock poi or weighted poi (heavier than glowstivks), those will basically be your workout practice toys. Orbitals can be hard or easy for people, it tends to be random, if you can get em down early, do it, itll pay off. Either way, the best advice is to just say practice practice practice. I guranatee you all the good stringers/spinners practice willingly every day lol

@JaviAirhead lol but of course the good ones practice willingly every day, I vaguely remember hearing somewhere that guinto practiced 3-5 hours a day in the beginning... sadly I can't put in THAT much devotion to it =(

@qaiten In reality all thats necessary to get a good improvement going is like 15-30 mins a day, with some good practice sessions occasionally at maybe an hour or twos length. Thats about where im at now, but yes in the beginning it should be more than that just cuz of just how much there still is to learn, but dont get discouraged. if u really want to youll make enough time :)

@msoltanftw With colecord. 2 single lengths of about 18.5 inches with each stick (4) tied on to each end (4) with a bowline knot. Look up bowline knot on google to see what i mean :)
