@kiki2badd510 The way they had me push was to hold my breath and push three times. By the third push I was out of air an would end up sucking the baby back up which is why it too so long for me to push. There is another video that is like 15 or 20 minutes of just pushing. Next time around I'll be pushing a different way so that doesn't happen!
@chenbiyu88 I got pregnant before I saw my first birth video... so while in my first trimester I watched a couple. They weren't all detailed as this but... they certainly made me want to change my mind! Turned out it wasn't near as bad as I thought it would be and it was well worth it. :p
@chenbiyu88 It is painful... but you can get an epidural so it doesn't hurt as bad. I don't respond well to pain meds so even though I had one it was kind of like I didn't. It dulled it a tiny bit but nothing like it does for most women (my friend gave birth to her little girl today and we compared stories lol)
It is bearable and essentially forgotten the second you have that baby in your hands.
