  • @yiquandacheng do you know what exact style is? like Xing yi quan shanxi style?

  • Beautiful

  • Very good Xing Yi Chuan perfomance. very soft, very relaxed.

  • Taichi harmonized Xing Yi Quan

    A REAL Master !!!!!

  • very very good @_@

  • beautiful, anyone know what style and or what form he was doing? it looked like the wu xing lian huan i know from shanxi, but with more to it, and stylistic mods

  • Much Respect to a skilled practitioner, thank you for posting the video. It helps my own practice.

  • No words except amazing.

  • Good stuff. Can someone identify the practitioner and the teacher?

  • Excellent. Imagine what he'll be like when he's older and even more experienced!

  • the best i've seen on youtube so far

  • 打的还是硬,再松点就好了,过于追求震缠,气之运行不够顺畅,没有步,对松柔的理解还不到位。

  • Beautiful Kung Fu if you see the body connection you will see the power in this form , with that kind of connection you can speed up slow down what ever you need to defeat your opponentbecause the powerr is always there

  • This looks very good.

  • this guy is good, very good.

  • Yiquandacheng, do you know anything about this young player? Name, branch, teacher, mainland or other place...?

    His skill is very good!!!

  • One of the best performances I ever saw on Youtube - bravo ! Which master is that?

  • i have only a question over rythem and tempo ... how can one ever hope or expect to defend oneself if a form goes this slow or broken up?? or am i completely ignorant ? g :-)

  • Let's not say ignorant, but when you practice a form, sometimes the idea is practice body alingment and proper technique, things you can think about easier when you're doing it slowly. Also consider that a slower pace during practice allows for one to become comfortable with the moves so that they're not hurried and sloppy in a fight. Or that's the theory anyway...

  • Forms aren't shadowboxing (just fighting in the air). Often they incorporate qigong or other exercise and ways of moving to strengthen the body or gain more explosive power. You learn to defend yourself by shadow boxing aside from the form, doing bag work, sparing, and other two person drills to develop timing and conditioning. Practicing a form can only give you so much.

  • Let's not forget this is Hsing "YI" which implies heavy use of mental and spiritual. I don't think that aspect can be easily explained but there is much more going on with these forms than the physical. Surely one would benefit by making use of these forms, much power to be generated and then ability to apply it. It can and does also progress to very fast application.

  • "broken up" in form is to achieve harmony. In other words, in xingyi one of goals is to achieve that whole body works as a one single muscle. I think this guy succeeded

  • @g888 you are,you do it slowly to learn timing and cordination like tai chi,but in the begging this form is made fast, but the important thing is that in Xing yi you train Body, mind and spirit into one,for me this is supreme kung fu,lol

  • Nice elastic force :-)

  • Yeah..... I like it.... What family is this?

    Lewitt

  • Not Bad.
