  • T-Rex dies by tripping over???

  • Wahh! Anky has always been my favorite! Dx

  • What period is this?

  • @MarioBros11345 the end of the creataceous period, its 40 days after the asteroid hit.

  • Bullshit. He killed both of them he deserved to eat them cuz he worked his ass off, then magically he tripped over the tail and fall exactly on the trike's horn? WTF! A trex has a life to you know, its not just a mindless killing machine it needs to kill to survive, FUCK the creators of this show. P.S. I love anky and trike more than Trex but still.

  • in my opinion is that t-rex could kill every thing in it path lol

  • trex noooo fuck noooo not this owww

  • Comment removed

  • Wtf triceratops doesn't stand there and let a trex eat it

  • Dammit. Triceratops lost he was my favorite.

  • You see that's the problem with being too large and powerful. One fall and they were done for. T-rex's biggest weakness was its own massive body.

  • sweet

  • Tyrannosaurus would not trip like that! thumbs up if you agree!

  • Tyrannosaurus for the win

  • so dramatic end xP

  • At 1:29 when the T-Rex's eye got stabbed made me think on that's how Momma Scarface from Turok got that scar in her eye. (I am nit saying this is how she lost her eye, just making a suggestion)

  • @turokisawsome100 Lol. That's what I thought when I first watched this show.

  • Super Bloody!

  • T-rex gave very nice hunting demostration but he was unlucky......??

  • The rex would never betray his position by roaring... He would just charge from ambush like modern day predators.

Also the rex wouldn't let that anky bleed to death; he would choke him with his jaws; like modern day predators do aswell...

Also the irony is pretty ridicilous. Like he would trip over a fallen prey's tail right into the only remaining horn of a nearby carcass.....

  • @ElmerAwesome Idk about that dude. I don't think T-Rex would choke an Anky to death, it would probably do what it did but I would've suspected it to bite down on its belly to be a for sure kill on the Ankylosaurus. Secondly, I don't think T-Rex would try to walk over Ankylosaur, it would just eat the Ankylosaur while its still alive and finish eating it and then go to Triceratops.

  • @MrTobyCure In any way, it would have killed the Triceratops, the rex had a very strong biteforce as you know an animals nowadays with strong biteforce (like lions) don't bite or gnash several times (like the Allosaurus did) but bite once and choke/break their prey.

  • @MrRemcoremco Yeah, but T-Rex's bite force is just so powerful that it I'm sure it would go right through an Anky's armor if not wound it vulnerable to another attack. Anky's defense is pretty good though since its body is well-rounded and T-Rex's jaws cant manipulate to reach around and bite on it.

  • All of them Dow

  • THE BLOODIEST BATTLE I HAVE EVER SEEN ;DD

  • nice

  • The ankylosaurus at 0:50 looks like it's saying yeah yeah, go take a hike"

  • its a draW

  • While the triceratops is being killed, the ankylosaurus doesn't give a fuck !

  • @fouinychester974 As I told someone else who basically said the same thing, things like Disney might make you think that but they are completely different species that would not work together at all. Now there were some that would but these two aren't one of them. Ankylos are solitary herbivores while trices are more social but can go out alone.

    Continuing.

  • @fouinychester974 Continue

The fact that the trice was attcked first makes it more logical that they didn't work together since an ankylo wouldn't while trice would see it as an opportunity to defeat t-rex.

  • this just shows how cool t-rex really is. while the giganotosaurus and the othher bigger ones are fighting sauropods the king is defeateing the most well armored dinos in the world. but im not say the others are not cool

  • @monsterboy868 You make it seem as is giganotosaurus is even noticeably larger and they as well as other only ate the baby sauropods. The only large theropod that is more larger then trex is spino and it's only 10ft longer due to its neck, tail etc while like others, the same height to the hip.All other large theropods are mainly smaller then trex except(I've already addressed spino) giganotosaurus and carcharodontosaurus which are both slightly larger and basically the same size.

  • @monsterboy868 Nevertheless, sauropods aren't even real challenges for large theropods, which is why all other large theropods from before the Late Cretaceous were very primitive and hardly developed. It was because more challenging armored prey became more common that predators truly had to advance or die out like almost all others. In short, there is a major reason why trex truly stands out and that's due to its major advancements such as powerful muscular design and high intellect

  • @monsterboy868 first of all if that ankylosaurus was full health probly like the energetic trex he would have taught that trex to not screw around with him and leave him with a fractured leg anyways that ankylosaurus was just plain retarted lmfaooo

  • so it's a draw

  • @MikeBR92 T-rex had a better lineages then more primitive large theropods. Also, "intellect isn't even the goal of evolution, is a side effect and one that in most cases isn't needed for survival" I never that was "I never said that was the MAIN goal buy your statement is completely false, it's actually one of the most prized traits in the animal kingdom especially for more complex creatures such as mammals and birds which are more related to theropod dinosaurs.

    Onwards then...

  • @MikeBR92 Intellect is a prized trait not just for humans but other more complex creatures such as primates, rodents, canines, felines, dolphins, orcas, hawks, eagles, etc which gives them the odds. For example, wolves are successful because hey can strategize, work in coordinated packs, can be unpredictable and out think many other animals. Without intellect, they could only use predictable blatant instinct which would pale as useless against more complex prey.

  • @MikeBR92 All t-rexes were robust, some aren't constructed that way because they weren't nearly as preserved as sue which was robust, not just the elders. They all show clear signs of being robust.

  • @MikeBR92 there are many trices with bite wounds(both in healed and of course non-healed). Also, there is a reason why t-rex as built like a tank of a dinosaur and the geological time line also proves at this point, armored dinosaurs were thriving and were the most common, to to copse, it needed it more advance traits due to more advance prey. That is why tyrannosaurs had their powerful armor piercing jaws and teeth and built so tough.

  • @MikeBR92 Abelisaurids were pretty evolved but not advance but they too had more rougher times which required more advancements. They mainly went after young sauropods like most past predators unlike t-rex which had to fight creatures heavily armored. Tyrannosaurids, especially t-rex pretty much had some of the most advance traits ever discovered amongst dinosaurs in general.

  • @MikeBR92 For starters, I exsplisestly was saying evolved in terms of adaption which no other large theropod had more advance traits and better adaptions, which I'm not sure how you didn't realized that. It also had the longest evolutionary path through an evolution of more social adaptable carnivores which also had some more rougher times but it was t-rex who had the most reasons. There is a reason why it had the most greatest sense quality compared to any other large theropod by more then 4X

  • This video was filmed before (looking where your goin) was invented

  • @Yoshilovescian321 I will have to agree with you that the t-rex was very unlikely to fall but consider the fact that ankylo swung its tail right on the second when the t-rex looked away to consume the trice. This was just an accident.

  • @MikeBR92 Which a sauropod is pretty easy game for large carnivorous dinosaurs which pales as a walk in the park compared to the most common prey of t-rex which where various species of ceratopsids and ankylosaurids which bare the most evidence of actual fights with t-rex.In fact not only is it most proven with ceratopsids and ankylosaurids but on the t-rex bones themselves, the geological timeline and even t-rex droppings.Let alone the fact its anatomy structure and design was designed for them

  • @MikeBR92 I'm sorry, but, how were you not aware of this?...

This is strongly proven and highly evident facts...

Kid, I think you need to read more often because ether you are severally out of date or for whatever reason is a sever case of delusional denial. Also, you don't seem to have anything logical to pose against it... which is bewildering to why you still go on...

  • @Seltzer1Liter I don't know how you're reading, I'm not saying that T. rex didn't had an advanced brain (the shaft is part of the olfactory bulbs dude). I'm afraid you don't know what evolution is, evolution means adaptation to the environment , an animal is more evolved than other when it has adaptations that put a distance between it and its ancestors not when is more intelligent, intellect isn't even the goal of evolution, is a side effect and one that in most cases isn't needed for survival

  • @MikeBR92 Compared to any other large theropod, it had a very advance brain, not to mention, but it was highly developed to the point where its intellect is mainly compared to that of a lion. I'm beginning to question if you are even reading my contents, and not only did you missed what I said and basically wrote exactly what I said back at me but your definition of evolution is quite... fabricated.

    Continuing to explain

  • @Seltzer1Liter If you think that the body design of sauropods is a failure than explain me how they lasted trough out all the Mesozoic, how a female elephant without tusk can deal with lions? size was their virtue and once an adult, nothing could touch them, you talk of the large therapods like if their completely superior, if that was the case then tell me any other contemporary animal even escapes being extinct? that would of happened if they could do the type of actions you think they could.

  • @MikeBR92 Did you even read anything I said about sauropods? I literally said they were pretty easy game for large carnivorous dinosaurs. First of all, no theropods ate full grown saurpods(at least not the large ones) However, even their teen years they were easy game as for if bitten on the right spot, they'll collapse such as the neck or arteries on the legs.

That's pretty easy compared to t-rex's top prey item which were in fact proven with factual evidence to be ceratopsids

  • @Seltzer1Liter There isn't any single ankylosaur fossils with evidence of attacks, there's only one of Triceratops, one, out the 200+ individuals yet found, it is obvious that those creatures were not the common prey, other than popular publications there's no mention of such things, the common prey were ornithopods, like edmontosaurus, you got to remember that they were animals, not heros willing to risk injury or death at any time.

  • @MikeBR92 That's a lot of made up assumptions kid... literally just about every well preserved fissile of ceratopsids all show signs of having fights with tyrannosaurs many times in their likes. In fact, t-rex's dropping always have a large percentage of ceratopsids bits in them. Let alone the geological time line between them show that they were literally design to face each other and the fact ceratopsids were the most common prey for millions of years.

  • @MikeBR92 There is a reason why t-rex is built so tough and robust, high musculature(as all evidence is strongly concluding) and hence to the armor piercing steel smashing jaws filled with 12in curved steak knife serrated railroad spikes(just to name a few)... as far as all factual evidence is also strongly concluding...

  • Of course Triceratops rolls its head so T. rex can grab its horns by the side instead of standing still in it's place, stabbing him easily, because, you don't charge head on into giant horns... oh and of course, Ankylosaurus was the one weakened despite being the only one who had actually eaten, the wandering T. rex was at its full potential...

I love T. rex but this portrayal was too much.

  • @MikeBR92 Because they were weak and a bit dizzy due to starving for weeks and are in a high state of dehydration...

T-rex being the highly intelligent predator with the luxury to eat all the other herbivores around while those two were starving is pretty much too much of a threat for them.

  • @MikeBR92 Actually, modern research is proving t-rex had a stellar intellect. Tyrannosaurs are actually the most intelligent and most sophisticated large theropods. This isn't even the only documentary that even mentions this, from "Dinosaur Revolution" to even Planet Dinosaurs" mentions how noticeably intelligent and more evolved they were. its olfactory bulbs are just the round bulbs on the far front. They are actually have dramatically larger cerebrals of any other theropod group.

  • @MikeBR92 It's an outdated misconception to even consider a t-rex to be a.. well, dumb as all other primitive large theropods. So what it all comes down to, it really was "a genius among idiots". Its intellect is actually closer to that of a lion, which are intelligent animals. Not surprised considering it was the very LAST large theropod with even more evolved harder prey then ever before.

    That's just factual proven logic...

  • @Seltzer1Liter Dinosaurs weren't dumb, I never said such thing, it doesn't matter how unintelligent a creature can be, they'll act mostly on instinct unless they're brain is damaged they won't be stupid.

That it had intellect like a lion is not a fact, is speculation, more so now that there's growing concern that we might be reconstructing their brains wrong.

  • @MikeBR92 Really? "T. rex wasn't highly intelligent for a dinosaur"... which would be false...

Even us humans would use instinct for various thing, but with a higher intellect, we can also think about things and make better decisions, strategize, plan out, etc that gives a higher variety of options and do more sophisticated acts and motives(its one of the most prized traits in nature, it's what makes us... humans)

So the fact t-rex had a high intellect, it would use it to its fullest

  • @Seltzer1Liter It seems you think that more recent = more evolved, that isn't the case unless we're talking about animals within the same linage then yes, more recent = more derived so its more evolved than a more basal member.

Cerapoda of the late Cretaceous wasn't more derived than Sauropods from the late Jurassic. I agree that they were advanced but that doesn't mean they'll reign supreme among the other animals, wildbeasts aren't more intelligent than lions and they deal with them just fine.

  • @MikeBR92 No, I'm talking about more evolved...

T-rex the result a long line of social and quite intelligent ancestress of which were carnivores and especially t-rex itself had even more challenges and harder prey any other the past had to offer(the is no more primitive dino that had half the qualities of t-rex). Sauopods are actually relatively easy and lack intellect, speed, attacks, defense, agility, etc(bite them on the right spot on the leg or side and it will collapse)

  • @Seltzer1Liter Coelurosaurians as a whole had more advanced brains (advanced doesn't mean larger) than other therapods, not only Tyrannosaurids and I know that other shows have mentioned that but this one exaggerates how much more intelligent it was (and then shows it doing stupid things and makes the other animals act even dumber), and no, the olfactory bulbs were not only the things at the far front, they really compromised half of the brain.

  • @MikeBR92 T-rex had a large developed brain which was quite advance. This is the result of hundreds of millions of years of evolution, harder more advance prey and being the very last of the large theropods within the history of dinosaurs.

"but this one exaggerates how much more intelligent it was" It's not solving algebra but rather thinking which is highly expected of a t-rex(it's a strategic dino). The olfactory bulbs are just the far round front, doesn't include the shaft.

  • @Seltzer1Liter Evolutions goal is not intellect, millions of years of evolution doesn't yield a genius, but a survivor, but I was wrong in one part, the shaft isn't part of the olfactory bulbs, it was the the part of the brain dedicated to process the sense of smell, yes, it was the olfactory system.

Yeah, is not solving algebra, it isn't doing marvelous things, but I'm talking about they way they're talking about it, not much about what the CGI T. rex does, in fact they showed it being stupid.

  • @MikeBR92 Intellect is inevitably one the most prized traits to convey especially for more complex creatures such as mammals and birds which is what t-rex was mainly related to(unless you were a more primitive worm for example and very simple). The olfactory system doesn't include the shaft that connects it to the rest of the brain, within the nasal cavity at the front part of its skull is where they smelling factors are actually at.

  • Also, the front part of the t-rex's brain(especially it olfactory system which doesn't include the shaft piece but even if counted which isn't) is actually 1/5 of the brain not what you are exaggerating. The biggest parts to t-rex brain is more to the area which are more toward the middle were the thing factors are. T-rex is by all mean an intelligent animal especially with a large cerebral and a intellect like that of a lion.

This is a highly proven fact, not even an opinion...

  • why didnt the triceratops turn after t rexes first attack

  • Why did t Rex kill both dinosaurs?

  • @animaljp3 Because at this point, finding prey is extremely uncommon and had the t-rex not killed both, it might never find that ankylo again which isn't something to risk. In fact, those were one of the very LAST of their entire species.

  • 2:53 Finish HIM!

    2:59 FATALITY!

    KT extinction wins!

    Game over.

  • "DAMN NATURE...YOU SCARY"!

  • I cried

  • LoL Tripple three match .... All 3 dead

  • why dint the ankalosaur helped the triceretop

    my bad

  • @lugiafilmer cause he has one of the smaest brains of all dinosaurs and they live alone so they don't help

  • blood spray

  • ankalosaurus is the best amored plant eater but t rex is the king it took down a fully grown anklosaurus and triceratops

  • armer ankolosaurus

  • It really makes you think...

    ...about how awesome dinosaurs are.

  • @DrThunder88 also makes you think how life whould be if that meteor never came... god thats keeping up tonight! :P

  • The way I see it, all Rexy had to do was bite Anky's head 1st before the latter can swing that bony club. It's all about making the FIRST STRIKE!

One bite from the most powerful jaws of the land was more than enough!

That's why I believe the best way to kill an Ankylosaurus (same goes to Triceratops) with a better chance of success & less injury was to ambush it (element of surprise); because once the armored beast gets the prep-time it needs, it won't be a walk in the park even for the king!

  • @TyrannosaurusFTW It's reasons like that that help to develop t-rex into the most advance large theropod ever discovered. Its time, environment and prey items forced them to evolve more complex and evolved traits and advantages such as an extreme sense of smell, hearing and sight. It also explains why t-rex was such a highly durable robust muscular powerhouse with its advance leg and hip design. Let alone the high intellect that no other large theropod had ever even had half of.

  • @vargo65 just saying :)

  • Very realistic

  • @federalwarhawk Ankylosaurus could not tuck it's head like a turtle. You should also know that the T-Rex has the strongest bite force of any known land animal. The T-Rex is also strong enough to knock the Ankylosaurus on it's back as seen in the video.

  • @thecommentmaster1 A Trex might be able to flip over a young Ankylosauras, but a full grown adult would simply be too heavy for it to deal with.

  • @federalwarhawk I doubt that

  • angry bird u are stupid ankalosaurus is to waek + triceratops and ankalosaurus hate each other t rex is the true king .)

  • possibly the worst ending of anythng ever lol

  • did any1 else see the second triceratops next 2 the one who gets PWND at 00:57?

  • @zooka0619 that is cause they could not make another clip of triceratops turning! The one you saw was showed earlier in the show

  • @lifeform106 why did they do that

  • @zooka0619 cause at the time they had not that a lot of money to make a a lot of new clips for these dinosaurs models cause these are the same models as from clash of the dinosaurs

  • @lifeform106 that sucks i wish they had more

  • @zooka0619 yea if you see the program they replay a lot of clips

  • @lifeform106 i watched it on tv i got bored from all the same clips

  • @zooka0619 i can give you a link to the whole program to watch it! do you want to see it?

  • @lifeform106 sure thx

  • love rex's roar but why would he go after another dino after killing triceratops?

  • And the Triceratops and Ankylosaurus should have worked together as a team to take doen the T-Rex. I mean why would he just sit there watching the Triceratops meet his doom and battle the Rex one on one? They should have been Herbivores United.

  • @Angrybirds3452

the ending then will be T-rex loss a eye, than ripe apart neck of triceratops, mean while ankylosaurus shatter T-rex's metatarsus, T-rex fall dead on the head of ankylosaurus, crashing ankylosaurs' neck. triceratops lingers for a while, die of blood lost

  • @Angrybirds3452 They are animals not people.

  • @Angrybirds3452 Or perhaps the Ankylosaurus was bargaining on a rival for food simultaneously being eliminated and serving as a distraction for the T.rex,

  • @Angrybirds3452 Things like Disney might make you think that but they are completely different species that would not work together at all. Now there were some that would but these two aren't one of them. Ankylos are solitary herbivores while trices are more social but can go out alone. The fact that the trice was attcked first makes it more logical that they didn't work together since an ankylo wouldn't while trice would see it as an opportunity to defeat t-rex.

  • Wow T-Rex would have had a week's buffet if he hadn't watched his step. Boy is he dumb. No offense.

  • @Angrybirds3452

Well this was mostly a cop out ending for T-rex just to show how all of these dinosaurs died, Ankylosaurus was probably too weak and slow to react.

  • omg the Triceratops died too fast.....

  • NO! why did trex die?!

  • My 3 favorite dinos :D awesome.

  • the small bush survived without any defense or offense...

  • After seeing Clash of the Dinosaurs, I'm surprised the Rex in this clip fought the Trike after losing its eye! But the Triceratops probably had the best defense. To think that all this carnage still went on after the asteroid hit... But mammals were hiding underground during all this, right?

  • @JurassicJeremyJames exactly mammals were hiding in the shadow's all these year's

  • Bullshit ending, but the T-Rex is a true G ripping Dino's throats out left and right, don't fuck with Big T.

  • one of the most epic scene of any dinosaur doccumentary ive ever seen. this looks like something from jurassic fight club.probubly not very realistic, but who gives a shit when a fight is this badass

  • se even a dead triceratops coud defend itself!!!!!!!!!! also thats discusting

  • @mixedlegoproductions triceratops is weakened so is ankylosaurus thats why they both died, triceratops usually won against t.rex so would ankylosaurus so calm down there just extinct animals no need for pissing off.

  • that t-rex so would have died

  • ok. your the triceratops would you really attack that armored tank? your the akylosaurus. wouldent you be scared to death at that roar of a triceratops?

your the t-rex your a moron for attaking thos two tankes.

  • its sad that t rex died =(

  • at 1:20 the triceratops was bigger than ankylosaurus.

  • @adriansky08 it was really closer to the picture

  • t rex ultamate predator king of the dinosaurus

  • 2:47 NO ONE MESSES WITH THE KING

  • This already looks like a duel animal discovery

  • the part at 1:20 is so going to be my wallpaper for my phone! Cause it is the most epic battle about to start and shows my 3 favorite dinosaurs

  • 1:18 is the most badass picture i've ever seen in my dino-loving life!

  • trex the ultamate meat eater killer and killed the 2 best armored warriors

  • i feel bad for the anky, especially when i heard it gurgle

  • The end was bull crap... the t-Rex had to leap quite a bit from the fall & then land on the triceratops horn. Look how far the Anky's tail was from the horn!

  • Wow, Will ferrell REALLY pissed of Mr. Walnut

  • i cired in the end=(

  • at 1:45 the t-rex and the triceratops make an elephant roar

  • This is the the bloodiest dinosaur battle i have ever seen in my life! This battle is way better than jurassic park fights! And the t-rex is a lot bigger killer than the one in jurassic park. If this one was the one attacking the people in jurassic park every person would have died for sure!

  • @lifeform106

don't you see in JP2, the T-rex nesting site is riddle with dead bodies of other dinosaur, presumably all kill by the rex, JP rex is bullet prove.

  • @CelestisFang yea but did it show the t-rex killing them all! Cause dead bodies don't matter it is the battle that matters

  • that TRex was on a fuggin killing spree...

    ... gone bad...

  • @adriansky08 that was really the triceratops

  • Jurassic mortal kombat

  • the last thing was bullshit i epcept that he trips but lo land on the triceratops horn thats bullshit

  • bloodiest battle ever seen

  • lol @ the ending.

  • Tyrannosaurus REX The Greatest Hunter Ever to stalk The Earth

  • nice vid

  • Both the triceratops and the ankylosaurus were the dinosaurs that can fight the t-rex.

  • @hubert6988 Don't forget the the stegosaurus.

  • @2001mrwiigamer stegosaurus did not exists in the cretaceous period. they lived during the jurassic period from 160 to 150 million years ago...

  • @hubert6988 Yea but I'm just saying...

  • @2001mrwiigamer the stegosaurus also has a unique fighting strategy the same with its counter part of the cretaceous period the ankylosaurus. because they used their tail as the defensive weapon against theropod predators. the stegosaurus used its 4 tail spikes and pointy blades on its back while the ankylosaurus used its sledge hammer tail and heavily armored back....

  • Awesome! T.rex rules! But it's stupid that it actually landed on the horn. Ouch!

  • If the scientists found all three next ti each other, in the fossil record. Anything shown, is merely speculation.

  • quanta morte um a um

  • I thought the ankylosaurus was the most invincible dinosaur in the cretaceous period because of its heavily armored appearance with heavy tail club but eventually it was so surprising that he's been annihilated by the t-rex....

  • @hubert6988 dude before the extinction ankylosaurus would always win but now he is so weak that he can't swing his tail club in time, and t-rex attack him because he really is about to die from starving so it would kill both animals to have more food

  • @lifeform106 yes i agree with that but unlike the sea turtles and the tortoise the ankylosaurus has its weakness. when the t-rex find the weakest part of the ankylosaurus like the legs which is not well protected by its armor that would be the key to defeat this animal. but unfortunately for the t-rex he is not so intelligent to kill this animal because of its aggressive style to attack.

  • @hubert6988 did you here the narrator voice he said that he was to weak to get in a good shot so before the extinction ankylosaurus was never mess with but there is not any food left so the t-rex attacks him and kills him only because he was to weak to swing its tail club in time
