All the dungeons/not-on-the-normal-gro­und-level areas intersect. you may seem like you're in a dungeon, but less than 50 feet away there could be a spot where a random event takes you, just like in the fire altar/freaky forester event

the stronghold of security one probably has to do with a future quest yet to come out.. perhaps a shrine to the dragonkin in the sequel to wgs?

Yeah, this was when the Orb first came out. They later made an update which made the Orb more smooth.

you need to light the 3 dragon heads there and then you can smith on another place the dragon platebody

it's an unknown place, i've done all quests and never been there, anyway, you can smith the 3 dragon parts at south of ancient cavern, there is an anvil, you mean the place you need mithril key to get in, but that place looks other, it has 3 dragon-looking bones on the top and a machine inside...
