My Sister, I can see that you believe you are doing good and have a compassionate heart. I am a western woman, born into Irish Catholism and very recently found the One God to be true reality and am using my mind Allah gave me and my guide to life - the Qu'ran, trying to learn to live righteous and only speak truth. All my life I have been involved with anarchist struggle, feminism, gay rights etc, just like you out of compassion for people. Is hard for me to overstand why the Qu'ran says this

You see in christian societies christ said give unto ceasar what is ceasers and give unto god wha t is gods. Therefore allowing for secular law. Where as in islam there is no similar commandment , no allownace for anything other than religions law. This is what makes it dangerous, it is to rigid.
