I killed Baldren with a few (3 or 4) headshots from LT B in second turn, he also dodged 2 or 3 so I was almost out of CPs, but it was a piece of cake to take the camps on the next turn and get an A rank. I think it took me 3 tries total.

This game is much more complicated than its older brother.

The PS3 game. I didn't like the new classes (lancer/fencer) but the customisation was really good. Still a great game. Thanks for helping me get through this level i was really stuck on it.

@Dante38500 Well, Avan has really high hp stats (5/5) so it's natural for him to have 319 as a scout.

as a CRITICAL STRATEGIST. The easiest way to get A - RANK is to beat baldren.

i just use the alternate attack technique that I've made. And one turn is enough to finish this mission.

erm... if u aim baldren then he can evade ur flame attack, so normally i aim left or right of him, there is a chance to hit him and he cant evade =)

i kill Baldren 1st..... by flamethrower of my tank.... juz dont aim him and he cant evade ur attack ... 4,5 hits can kill him =D

if u want this mission to be easier just switch your apc's gun to a flamethrower, it made it so much easier cause i could kill multiple units at once including 1 hit kills on turrets

OMG, it still was freakin hard. its gotta be precise or the enemy AI will make different turns and end up skrewing the plan. took me almost 20 times of trial and error using your strat but in the end i did it. Thank you so much man XDXDXD

Gotta kill damn Baldren, and got the medal "Service Medal" - "For defeating Baldren in battle". Dunno if it's medal given for just completing this mission, without killing Baldren, haven't try it. Just kill him with two fencers 20+ lv (4-6 hits, 4 to kill but this bastard is fast and like to dodge) and have fun :)

Plus, Joachim cannot gain new classses due to Support X that he cannot get. Certificates cannot be earned ever. Sega has apologized and announced that the DLC caused the main story to be impossible to complete.

there were some flaws btw. 1flamethrowers can instant kill most infantry even on sandbags and usually kills atleast 2-3 enemies

2 Ice breaker doesnt literally breaks Ice - it just lets you pass through it

3 if you touch the bodies Baldren wont recover them

anyway thats a good way to rush through it

this mission had me stumped for so long, Baldren is way too OP, he moves across the whole map and can have 2 goes its rediculus

to counter recall you have to touch the corpses of the enemy if your doing it your own way...which i discourage ><

Thanks for the video. I finally got an A rank, but was unable to follow it 100% because of the unpredictably of the enemy A.I, thus was only able to do it within 3 turns, which isn't a bad thing. Some tips for those who are having problems: grab the body of the fallen enemies if possible (walk over them), like in step 2. That way Baldren won't be able to revive your enemy. During step 3, I did move the APC close to the turret, so that when Avan attacks the APC attacks the turret together.

um i kinda gets harder but dont give up. if you fail a mission at least now you know the position of the enemy so can plan ahead the next try goodluck!
