The reality is that ordinary people do not understand that there are all sort of ways to have relationships and that it can work for everyone concerned if the people involved are honest and open with emotional maturity. And I am surprised that she even agreed to talk about her personal life - gossipy crap is hardly her thing. I love her work and I never knew about this until now.

I knew someone who had met Tilda and said that she was the most contained and confident person he had ever met - this was in the context of the fashion industry. I doubt he met many famous women with her intellect and abilities.

But let me just say that it's quite ridiculous to be sitting on the end of a computer criticizing specific, physical things about a person whom you'll likely never meet, nor them you. And if it upsets your comfort zone when you see her, then I guess she's accomplished a novel feat. Everyone is too darn comfortable in this country.
