@cemsengul16 look again..... the mustang's front windsheild is completely moved, the dummy misses the airbag, and the car almost splits in half.... BMW is more expensive, but you get what you pay for

The dummy is 1,75 cm high and the head of the dummy touched the A-pillar of the car. Head acceleration from this hit was low. I am 1,98. I would be dead in case of an accident in this car.

with the BMW the door doesnt even flinch, It looks like you can probably open it and not have any problems with it.

Okay.. Look.. Volvo used to have some of the safest cars but their quality isn't what it used to be. They are still safe but they are not the best.

Mercedes and BMW are what I would trust my life and family to. For a wife/kids.. A BMW 7 or Mercedes S class is what I would get. I drive a BMW 5.

For crash test results... YOU CAN'T COMPARE RATINGS ACROSS DIFFERENT CLASSES. A 5 star rating for a small car is NOT the same as a 5 star rating for a large car. LARGER CARS ARE SAFER IN CRASHES.

well... lets calculate that larger cars may flip over. By the way. All energy in a crash is going to get into YOU. So the kinetic energy of a suv is larger, ofcourse theres more travel but it's worse. So if you would have to choose between a normal car or suv to get crashed into a concrete wall. what would you pick? the excess energy of the suv won't help you a bit in that case. Only with smaller cars. Maybe youll kill a family because you bought a suv.

Yeah, saabs do well in safety, but i'd rather have a BMW. BMW has it's act together at least as far as interior quality, convenience features, technology, etc. Saab is a relic. Compared to saab and volvo bmw is a safety disaster. By the way saab won the safety golden choise in America and it also was the winner in euroncap a long whit volvo.
