  • What notes do you play?

  • thats really good

  • está muito desafinado!!! : X

  • You're playing the music exactly as it's written. Add some style to it.

  • if you wanna see me playing the pink panter on trumpet search for miele2000 and look for the pink panter on trumpet

  • where to get the score ?

  • I would recommend trying a Stork mouthpiece, I used bach's for a while, but the stork has a conical bore, and a much rounder lip. Its all personal preference, but i love my Stork 3d

  • ITS JOHN HANCOCK JOHN H

  • also I suggest you try experimenting with raising and lowering the bell, especially with this song, lowering the bell gives it more of a muted sound because your throat closes more, which goes well with the subtlelties in the song, holding the bell straight ahead misses out on that

if you want to verify that do it while someone is facing away from you, ask them if they can tell if there is a difference but don't tell them what you are doing, or have another player do it while you listen

  • a 1 mpc seems a little excessive, I've never gone higher than a 3, I know classical players do use a 1, I think it just makes it more difficult

with the Bach 37s there is a big difference between the lightweight models with the star on the bell and the regular weight model, I prefer the lightweight model and your's sounds like one of those

    great playing

  • There is nothin like classic music!

  • what are the notes for it could i please have them

  • Great playing !!

  • a little more air pressure, and keep it the same.

don't little less stacato on the short notes

  • Hey Yay!

  • Comment removed

  • sure!! if you have copies you can spare, Id love one! thanks :)

  • Pretty darn good. =) Your tone's a little airy, but it works well for jazz. Just use a bit more air on the higher notes to support it. Great job!

  • I liked friend. You play very well. Go ahead and get a greeting from Spain ...

  • sorry man your tone is off and theres just a little too much rhasp between each note especially the sticado's u need more air on your high notes!!

  • Got the same trumoet myself... + i got it for free xD

    It's the best!

  • The Bach Strad 37 is an amazing horn. I got one in August and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

  • There's nothing wrong with his tone. It's airy, yes, but that's perfectly acceptable in the jazz idiom. You boys don't know what you're talking about. The intonation on the top notes isn't great, actually intonation suffers overall, but the tone is fine.

  • Hey good job but work on tone because ill i gotta say is the tone you had was the tone i had in 6th grade which was my 1st yr to play a trumpet

  • your not very good with high notes :(

  • and you're not a very good speller

  • your sound quality is pathetic. I'm sorry its just your straining it too much

  • your sound quality isnt to great srry:(

its to airy and theres no difference in your dynamics

  • it'd be better if you add some falls, and slurs. maybe even some creshendos

  • @guitarhero31333 You mean crescendos

  • @guitarhero31333 no actually it just need to swing!!

  • hey can u give me the notes for this please??

  • U just need to work on not splating I do that all the time when I'm playing a exciting song it's not that bad though! =) Good job try playing James Bond

  • good point brock, he did blast a little

  • i give it a 3 and before u say anything i have been playin trumpet for about 6 years! the only bad thing about it was the ff and <

  • well still a three is pretty low and i have been trumpet just as long

  • Out of ten.....i say a solid 7

  • same here and i agree

  • mate ur struggling the notes so dont even try to play high lol , + this is a grade 2 piece! the grace note or whatever they are part shudnt be staccato

  • good playing but sounds like your mouthpiece is too big. i think i read in another comment that it's a bach 1? try something smaller like a 5b or 4c. might feel weird at first but will probably eventually give you a better tone. good luck and keep playing!!

  • Why is your tone so airy?

  • i got myself a yamaha trumpet...iz gold... ma freinds trumpet its green...its in 1 outta 2oo sumptin vids...go look 4 it...just uploaded it.

  • I was thinking of buying a strad 37, would you recommend it?

  • I tried quite a few before settling on this one. I liked the tone and the valve action is quite good for playing faster. I would recommend that it be in your list of trumpets to definitely consider, but there is no substitute for trying several using a good sampling of the types of music you want to play. Good luck!

  • sir, have you tried using a Monette Horn?

  • i have a 72 and its the best investment iv ever made so i can only guess that another strad is going to be good

  • haha. i play a 37 and my trumpet tacher let me try his 72. that 72 takes a hell of a lot more air but the sound is incredible

  • STOP FRACKING

  • thats a big bore!

  • its a bob revees mouthpeice by yamaha.

  • good vid but there is one thing i find hilarious is when u put up ur bell it looks fricken gigantic. but other than that great job.

  • how do u play this???? I love this song theme thing... wat notes???? please please answer!!!

  • try using a bobby revees there good for jazz

  • The correct name is "bob reeves" nimwitt.

  • try a better mouthpiece and empty spit

    but good tone and playing

  • Thanks for the comment - the mouthpiece was a Bach 1. I would be interested in the mouthpiece you are recommending.

  • @jhewitt445 i would recommend a Bobby Shew #1

  • @jhewitt445 1 1/2c

  • what kind of mouth peice should he have used?

  • @houtabby i dont see how you can comment on this guy when hes been playing longer than both of us
