  • Amazing video sir, and I will make it a point to get this video out to others. Thank you for setting the record straight on the difference between being against amnesty and being against immigration. One of my best friends had to wait 15 years before becoming a american citizen and he was from England, educated and working for the military at the time. Keep doing what you are doing and good luck with your projects in the future!

  • A slap in the face?!!? I'll tell you what a slap in the face isIt'll be a slap in the face to the government when all of these "illegal immigrants" and "drug-dealers" graduate from their universities with Doctorates! I'm currently valedictorian of my class and my class president! OH BUT WAIT! I'm illegal. I must be dealing drugs huh?! Oh wait. What is that? I didn't choose to be here?

  • One reason one might support amnesty as you put it, is because of the situation we are in. 11-13 million illegal immigrants are already here in the U.S. There is no way the U.S could afford to deport them all. Deportation would hurt the U.S especially when we have a huge deficit. The only solution is legalization, which would help identify who come here to hurt or obey the laws of this nation. Plus it would boost the economy once they start paying their dues and taxes.

  • Great Video!

  • @osayaaa Thank you Osayaaa, please pass this video and get this message OUT!!!! Its time to holla

  • and like i said, some just dont have the money to come here legaly, and some CANT like cubans, they cannot leave cuba legaly

  • If I do not have money to buy a car, does that justify me stealing the car instead? I am sympathetic to the reasons in which people desire to come to America, however America cannot expect to have a serious immigration control if it were to permit amnesty. This is not an issue of race, this is not an issue of political belief, this is an issue of setting a standard of law plain and simple.

  • @mdwhitlock no it does not at all, and those who came here illegaly while still being able to survive in their own country should have stayed and earned more moeny to get here legaly, im talking about those like i said on the brink of death of starvation. and no arizonas law is unconstitutional and u have to agree with that because it grants unreasonable searches, had the person commited a crime THEN i think they should be checked if they are legal or not, but if we let unwaranted searches....

  • @mdwhitlock then who is next? next thing we know we're gonna have police officers coming into our homes searching for anything they can find. sorry it wouldnt let me put it all in one comment

  • @FedexSpikyhair You did not invoke race, but I want you to notice a majority of people who have commented on my video have, and I just stated such as a precaution. No you are fine and respectful.

  • @mdwhitlock oh ok, just in case, i dont like invoking race because that leads to other problems not to mention it isnt right at all, and yes i have noticed those who have invoked race, thank you

  • To comment on the probation period, I stated such should be the case if someone is found to be here longer than 5 years. The probation period gives them a couple of months to begin the naturalization process, or be deported

Amnesty seeks to allow a bypass to naturalization, in exchange for being grand fathered into the U.S. To me anything that offers compensation such as (not having all benefits, and cannot be deported) negates the fact that these people willfully broke the law

  • @mdwhitlock well what if we made the amnesty like the naturalization period but slightly different, because right now if an illegal goes to get citizen ship the punishment is 10 years out of the U.S now what im saying is what if we instead of making them go back for 10 yrs, make them pay a fine like switch out the punishment so there is still one but people dont have to go back to the peverty and suffering of their country, what do you think?

  • Lastly, I encourage you or any person(s) who support amnesty, or oppse AZ legislation to research the bill. The bill mirrors the federal statute that is currently implaced, but being lackidasically enforced. Police officers can already search homes for a just reason, and if we trust officers to protect us, then we must trust officers to make correct judgement

  • @mdwhitlock with a warent or your permission

  • The bill in AZ specifically outlaws racial profiling, and it is only when an offense has occured when the case of citizenship may be asked. The media has poorly portrayed this as a battle against immigrants, but it is merely an enforcement of established laws. Look at the GA college student case, driving without a license, traffic infraction, and was exposed. Now had she not broke the law driving then her status would have not been questioned

  • @mdwhitlock i agree, i have read the bill and it is not at ALL what the media has said it does, you are correct, one may only be asked about their status of citizenship if they are first lawfully stoped, the media did a very poor job of portraying that

  • @FedexSpikyhair Thanks for being respoectful, and I hope I have answered your questions. Arizona has been turned into a racial political motive by the left, and it does not make the case for amnesty when people who broke the law are marching through streets with a Mexican flag demanding amnesty, and not being willing to go through the process that millions of others have went through

  • @FedexSpikyhair Please stay away from invoking race into this issue because it all boils down to legal versus non legal, law versus non law, right versus wrong. If you have a chance go to google and type "A Scenario Worth Meditating Over" and then you can have an example of what amesty does to those who have earned citizenship. Feel free to ask more questions

  • @mdwhitlock im sorry i did not realize i invked race, i did not mean to, and if i did i apologize

  • i would also like to disagree that not all illegals ceom here by crossing the fence/border, some acctualy come by plane and just stay past the visa time because the procces to become logal is time consumming like you mentioned earlier in the video,

  • well what if we had a $ penalty along with the amnesty, say 2,500 per person? and also a background check, so no criminals or people with warrents for arrest get in, that way the good people who werent lucky enought o get enough cash to come here legaly can stay and work hard for a living? and also the money would bring the economy back up, no? please share your views

  • @FedexSpikyhair Let me address your most statement:

I would fully support any measure that penalizes people who have been in the country longer than 5 years illegally. It is difficult to deport illegal aliens who have been in the country for more than a decade. For every year that a person was found to be here illegally I believe there should be a heavy fine, and a probation period where they do not receive amnesty, but rather allowed a short period of time to seek citizenship.

  • @mdwhitlock i think we should pick one or the other, but not both, because there are alot of people who wish they could have come here the legal way, but unfortunatly could not, i do agree that there should be a penalty but i think both is too much, any opinions?

  • @mdwhitlock if we did have the probation period, what if we made it so that they cant have all the benefits of being a citizen like big corporation jobs, BUT cannot be deported either? like once they go through the amnesty step and are into the probation period where they are not a full citizen yet, they cant get deported ether though, how does that sound?

  • Also to note: Unfortunately most illegal immigrants do not contribute financially back in to the economy from my understanding. It was a mayor in a Arizona bordering city in Mexico that was upset about the enforcement of the immigration laws because his city would lose money that illegal immigrants would send back to their homes. Most cities, and President Calderon have a vested interest in illegal immigrants not paying taxes, because that’s more money generated South

  • @mdwhitlock i do know that there are alot that dont, but, its not most, alot of the people who wish they could come here legaly do pay taxes, what if we also did a check of who paid taxes and who didnt?, as for those sending money back, its ussualy for families, although not always, my family is legal and my mom sends money to my gma because she would have lost her house had we not sent money back, but i do agree with you that EVERYONE should pay taxes, because we all use the services provided

  • puto mayate!

  • puto mayate!

  • @shingonunico dude, its being rude like that why people dont agree with us, u have to be polite and see their point of view while sharing ours, dont be ignorant, i kno it makes u mad, it makes me sumwat mad too, but its things like this that prove that they shouldnt let you guys have an amnesty, so if your gonna talk and share ur view, do it politely, it works alot better trust me

  • all of them have immigrants coming on the daily but poorer countries like haiti, bolivia, poor countries in central america like nicaragua, honduras, guatemala and el salvador r ususally the senders and richer countries like mexico, brazil, pr, costa rica, panama, uruguay r recievers. country like colombia, venezuela, and cuba, and dr are about equal in senders and reciever. mexico has more illegals than usa.

  • @mykole84 really?

  • @FedexSpikyhair . yeah rich corporations are letting this happen. its happening in every country that is richer than the neighboring area. it has to stop. as long as i

  • @mykole84 i didnt know mexico had more illegals than the US, thanks for the info, learned something new today :) but dude, mexicos immigration law is SOOOOO fucked up

  • @mdwhitlock - i gotta disgree w/ u on the latter part. i would say all latin american countries have people migrating to them daily. but as stated earlier most people r push by poverty in their country to country even if poor that give them a better chance like bolivians or specifically indian bolivians goin to argentina r nicaraguans indians and black going to nicaragua or haitians goin to dr or black dominicans going to pr or indian and black central americans going to mexico.

  • Are those socialist based countries like Venezuela or Cuba?

  • @mdwhitlock i dont think cuba allows immigration in, im not 100% sure though

  • @chicanabeauty16. i agree people shouldn't blame crime increase on illegal immigrants but they do make it worse. there shouldn't be amnesty for illegal immigrants because it will only make otros come. la prob isnt the mojodos but the white elites that rule spanish speaking indians & zambos (black/indian mix) in mexico y central america. racism is a prob in latin america and is driving illegal immigration. mexicans to america, central americans to mexico its gotta stop. blame corrupt govts

  • That was my whole point in my comment on crime. No one says that its a particular group, but I doubt it lowers crime numbers.

I have yet to see one stabilized and prosperous social regime in Latin America that people migrate to regularly.

  • @mdwhitlock argentina has a BUNCH of illegal cubans puerto ricans, chilenos, and so on

  • @mykole84 i agree not all illegals are bad either, some just had the misfortune of not being able to gather enough money to come here legaly, and i agree, it is the corupted gov's fault

  • what makes you think you are equipped to be a politician?

what institution did u get your education from?

you are just narrow minded idiot with a web cam!

  • @rudepenis69 I am equipped to be a leader because I think, I received my education from an accredited university, and I do not have a user name that shows such an ignorant regard to respectability so its hard to call me an idiot ;)

Furthermore, I am an idiot, I am this, I am that, but no one has said I was wrong or inaccurate, becayse that leaves them with the burden to dispell what I have said.

When you attack the arguer and not the argument you fail

  • @mdwhitlock i agree, u shudnt attack the arguer only the argument

  • To answer your question about why not to support amnesty: It is a reward system for people who knowingly broke the law.

No one stated that illegal immigrants are those South of the Border, although those are the only one's who have taken such an aggressive approach against immigration enforcement., however, we must get to the point where America has one national identity. If I were to go to Colombia, would Colombia acclimate to my culture or would I acclimate to Colombia's culture?

  • so how can you expect people to abide by the law? wether legal or illegal, when the country itself doesnt abide by its own laws. I'm done with you, it's obvious we are never going to agree on anything, therefore I'll let you have the last word, but know this the millions of immigrants that are already here, are not going anywhere.

  • I did not know my questions were difficult to answer, so sorry for the inconvenience, and I would like to engage in discussion and question, as oppose to racial bashing

Remember my very first point: "Immigrants are different from illegal aliens who break the law"

I hope your heart does not spew with hate, but knowledge and discernment

  • and so now your trying to belittle my people, what gives you the right? and about crime rates going up because according to you illegals make it go up, what ? there are black gangs, white gangs, asian, is it only by illegals? and another thing we aint going no where, but you can surely keep on dreaming.

  • I asked you three specific questions pertaining to the video, and you have done everything but answer those.

Let's be more civil and find the source for your disdain towards my belief in "One America." I refered to people who jump fences and dig tunnels justifiably because thats a main method in sneaking in the country. Now if thats the best you view "your people" then thats sad. Thats like when I hear the word "Nigger" I should automatically think of my race. well it does not mean black

  • Just noticed you said we as well: Are you a person came to this country illegally?

It is harder to track an illegal criminal than it is a legal criminal, we must never forget. No matter what you have stated, you cannot call me inaccurate or a liar, because by doing so you have to have disputive evidence

  • You say your video is not about race, yet when you mention "illegal immigrants" you refer to those people that jump the fence or go thru a tunnel...so who might you be refering to? Well it just so happens that an illegal comes from all sides of the world, not just south of the border. I'm fighting to for the piece of history that everyone chooses to ignore, that this land was founded based on lies, corruption, and betrayal, and thats what your defending?and just like ur people my people suffered

  • I will ask you again a fourth question: Do you think its okay for people to break the law?

  • @chicanabeauty16. mexican is not a race its a nationality like american. & if u consider urself chicana so that means ur american not mexican. there r black, white asian and native american mexicans and everything inbetween in mexico. the racism is probably more prevelant in mexico which is driving native americans, zambos and mestizos out of mexico into usa why no cries of racism against white and white-mestizo elites in mexico

  • @mykole84 You know you bring a good point, because I studied that there is a great racial divide in Latin America, far worse than in the U.S.A. Especially in Brazil, where the trend is the darker skinned Brazilians are the more common poor, and the lighter Brazilians are more common the wealthy. This trend is carried through most other countries, would you agree or disagree?

  • You keep saying breaking "American Laws". Yet the US gov. has broken many laws and treaties for their gain and benefit. You say," you don't care about what this country USED to be or was" yet in ur following sentence you state," you will defend this country because your ancestors bled and sweat to build this country. You are contradicting yourself; since you said you didnt care about the past. And like you I care about mine, which happen to be the original people to live in this land.

  • Castro has killed many people to maintain his strong hold of supression, Hugo Chavez runs corrupt elections to maintain his power.

The U.S. has not broken any treaties unjustifiable that I am aware, and if so, present them to me.

My words are non-contradictory because my ancestors built America that it is today, not some indigenous land with warring tribes. Every country has a stained past, even the natives here on this soil. Lets be real with our history, before we condemn others history

  • If you are not a racist, then why am I a brainwashed "black man?" I am a man before I am a black man

  • I am not racist! I speak the truth and fact of the matter is that it upsets you that this land you call USA belonged to my people, way before the eauropeans came to "explore" Cristopher Columbus discovered America? Really...how can you discover something that already existed! I'm not racist! The europeans and everyone else that followed are the true illegal aliens!!!

  • @chicanabeauty16 Explain to me where you thought the need to:

1-Use my race as a means of insisting that I am brainwashed?

2-Insist that I did not include Europeans migrating to America, when I did acknowledge that early in the video?

3-Blame the White man and not focus on the issue of people "breaking the law?"

  • @mdwhitlock My video never had anything to do with race, and I am not condoning the statement of Atls either, because I am not worried about losing some superficial minority status, more than I am focusing on the issue at hand. Please do not inject race into a raceless video.

  • @chicanabeauty16 Now I ask a question in relevance to today, because we ALL have migrated into ALL civilizations at one point in time, what does this have to do with people knowingly breaking an "American law." I do not care what the country was or used to be, but I love it and will defend it because my ancestors bled and sweat to build it. Last question-Do you believe that it is okay for people to knowingly break the law?

  • @mdwhitlock i have a question for you, what if its a do or die thing? you know, like your about to watch your family DIE of starvation and its the ONLY option u have, its either come to america illegaly or die, what then? please share your views,

  • @chicanabeauty16. u seem right but u aint. mexico indians are usually aztec but in the south they mayan but in american they aint mayan or aztek. the indian most close to mexico r navajo & they aint aztec. u sound good but u consider urself chicana which means u think u and most r mestizo (indian/white) which denies black and putting indian and white at same level which is not the case in mexico. are u full native american.

  • @mykole84 um acctualy chicana means mexican parents but born here, at least thats what i was told, could mean different things for different people

  • Do not think you have to explain immigrant vs illegal alin waist of time with the pro lobby ! Fight now Black America ! YOU ONLY NOW MAKE UP 11% of the vote! The illegal immigration babies will vote all blacks out of office !

  • @Atlantaminuteman dude no they wont lol, trust me ALL hispanics i know voted for obama, trust me latinos are NOT anti black, u guys are acctualy the people we most relate and hang out with, at least in my state and the people i know, but i talk to people out of my state too, trust me we're ALL FOR blacks in office.

  • unfortunately you are just another black man brainwashed by the european white man, the same same man, that raped and killed the indigenous people of this continent, the same white man that hung your people on trees, the same white man enslaved your people, the same white man that killed off native americans, it's a shame!

  • @chicanabeauty16 Chican is a race baiter and a racist ! The pro illegal lobby wantsm to keep BLACKS eyes closed and mouthes shut ! WAKE UP AMERICA ! WHAT PART OF ILLEGAL DOES BLACK AMERICA and ILLEGAL ALIAN LOBBY NOT UNDERSTAND ! I BELIEVE IN THE US CONSTITUTION !

  • @chicanabeauty16. people stopid it why do u think white man and raped & killed off indians. this is problem i have indians still exist u make them seem a thing of the past. i hate this mentality think all indian were killed of or absorbed. i mean the strongest blood in mexico is indian followed by black or white depending on the person and region. stop with acting like all mexicans r mestizos.

  • @chicanabeauty16 ok now ur being racist agaisnt white people not all of them are bad, although most are, i know ALOT of white people who not only voted for obama but are also for the amnesty, so dont say "the white man" say the MF's that killed your people my people and the people originally here lol but dont say the white man cuz thats ignorant and racist dont classify one race for being racist when only the majority are and not acctualy 100% ALL

  • For some reason you failed to acknowledge the indigenous people that called this continent home when the eauropeans came to "America".

The reality is that the ongoing "immigration and illegals" debate is totally dishonest. This debate needs to be honest by first discussing the hidden history of illegal European immigration to our continent from 1492 to the present. Which obviously you don't know anything about.

  • @chicanabeauty16 You are a racist fool chicanugly . Seperatist and a danger to the USA ! PIG

  • Great video. We need more people who understand these issues. Common sense is all it takes and that's what you have. Thanks for taking the time to make this video.

  • Please do me a favor: Can you share this video, I am really trying to get the message out that people who oppose amnesty, are not opponents of immigration. That is the politcal correct lie!

  • @mdwhitlock what if we all came to a conclusion that made us all happy? as in SOME illegals could stay and become legal, because somtimes its the last choice they have BUT when they try to become legal they cant because at the moment there is a penalty for trying to become legal if u were illegal, and its not a $ penalty, u have to spend at least 10 yrs of us, wat if we made the penalty a sum of $ along with background checks?

  • I agree with what you said. PC accusations about opposing amnesty being the same thing as opposing immigration are simply nonsense.

  • Please share this video in your facebook or other means, we have to get this message out!

  • I agree. Well said!!!!!

  • Thank you Tylorian

  • Well said!!! Bravo!!! A very rational, pragmatic, hate free argument against illegal immigration!!!

  • I really wanted to make sure people understoof the argument is against the act of breaking the law, and not specifying a particular race or ethnicity. Thanks for your comments, and share this vid.
