Does anyone know of any instructional dvd that teaches alot of these chords that they're playing(aside from the obvious-figure it out by ear comment)? I recognize a few,but would love to learn to play rhythm like that.

Yes, figuring out chords from a compressed YouTube video can be tough.

There is a video by Danny Gatton called "Strictly Rhythm Guitar" if I recall correctly which is great.

Duke Robillard's "Uptown Blues & Swing Guitar" (or something like that) teaches some chord work as well.

I agree ... there should be more material available concentrating on this.

Just a little hint: Learn your 9th, 13th, augmented and diminished chords in all possible positions. Most stuff you hear here is made out of them.
