I'm a norwegian, but knowing that a norwegian artist performing on a great show in the USA doesn't make me any prouder of being norwegian. I do think it's good for him to get more people to listen to his music and get a little bit more famous though, but i have nothing to do with that at all, so i don't see the point of being any more proud or whatever :P But as @TheAssIntruder says, Norway is a small country, so it's kind of amazing that he was invited to perform on a show this popular.
