The blending of black and white music was stunning, powerful and revolutionary. Rockabilly did exist before Elvis but it was essentially white country music with R&B flavor/elements...it was clearly "white" music. Elvis is the one you fused them. EVERYONE followed/copied him. Including Berry and Richard.

Presley covered songs, but added his own style, and helped form a musical genre originally called Rockabilly- which was the combination of Blues and Country. Any song he covered, the songwriter got paid, or royalties were given. Presley was a great admirer of RnB, and especially Gospel. Learn something about Rock and Roll instead of saying the same old tired racist crap.
