hey PCwizkid, i got a question. I ran the Cleaner, did well gave me back 587mb XD. BUt, in the apps i couldnt help but noticed it said Applications - AVG Antivirus protection ... Does this mean it deleted temp files for avg? Or deleted the program itself. I found nothing wrong with avg yet, just wondering if this might be a problem.

lol, when you download iTunes, cCleaner comes in the package. but it does free up much more space than the cleaner included in windows

you can tick the first three options + App' paths without any problems.Go to the Piriform forums for more detail (click on the Pear icon in the CCleaner window)or just Google each option...

Registry cleaners delete important files aswell, thats why there not recommended.

and change the secure deletion to GUTTMAN 35 PASSES

it takes longer, but it finds and cleans WAAAYYYYY more

If you go to options than settings than go to secure file deletion click GUtmann it deletes more also if you go to options advanced you can click to delete files 48 hours old
