Yeesh. Not sure what to think there, on the one hand it looks like he was potentially trying to pass the first cruiser and lost control, or possibly the first car slowed down thru the intersection, as they should, and the 2nd car couldn't slow down fast enough and had to go right to avoid a rear end collsion. Hopefully everybody was okay as that could have ended up a lot worse.
