yes , this was a concert arranged by the late Michael Manley led P.N.P government circa December 5th 1976, two days after he'd been shot at his home in 56 Hope Rd. the very next day after this perfomance Marley left jamaica not to return for the better part of 2years, He never did live in Jamaica proper after this time.
