very interesting video.recently I traveled this autoroute.I'm so sorry I couldn't stop right there(because of my stupid boss that always has a great hurry ) to see a piece of sad history with my own eyes.sorry for my bad english, too.I was born behind the iron curtain and now italian resident
@youdida1975 People who are always in a hurry wind me up as well! I have published quite a lot on the DDR border here on youtube. I was at a place north of Hof called Modlareuth a couple of weeks ago where the wall ran through a village - I will publish that when I get round to it!
I am seriously thinking of going to go to Sicily for the winter. I have had enough of this cold weather here!
we just started chatting about it one morning, so i came on line and looked, i like history and i wondered would i have the courage to do what the people did, it must have been so emotive and passionative. i am going to look up more of the films. thank you
Thank you very much. I think I have a rather bad voice. As I cannot be bothered to write it down before I speak, I am in fact speaking off the top of my head, hence the occasional mistake.
I have got now over 400 films here - about half of which are similar documentaries!

This is easy to find if you visit. If you cannot visit I have a lot of films from the former DDR border!

On the subject of courage I try not to think about it too much although much of what I deal with in my WW2 videos especially is related to courage.

Your voice is fine and your commentary very informative. A fascinating set of documentaries for all historians!

Very nice set of films. You also have a very good narrating voice. So keep up the good work and i hope to see more films like this one in the future.

The upper part yes (I might have said T62 in my speech, I can't remember now) - but what about the lower part?
Any ideas what it is?
I have a similar film here with photographs of it as well.
