  • I used to fly to Harare as a young British Airways steward! I loved the people there and I was even learning Shona... this song brings sweet memories of nights out! I would love so much to find the lyrics in Shona... may be when things get better and we fly there again??? tatenda to anyone who can tell me where the lyrics are hiding on the web ;-) loves from France

  • @decollage59 thought i'd juss put the lyrics on here in case you were looking, dont think you can find them anywhere on the web

  • Yes charlamami, you are right, I found an English explanation of the content of the song, but nobody can give me the lyrics in Shona! Thank you very much if you can help

  • @decollage59

i put them in bits cuz of the character limit you juss have to copy and paste them in order to make sense of it. it wuldnt even fit in halves cuz therz a lot of repetition lol

  • @Russiandigges, in this song the singer is crying to his ancestors and his God that they should giving a vision preferrably a dream which depicts the day of his death...its like a sober prayer by a person who doesnt have any children or relatives a loner and is wondering wat is gonna happen on his death day. Who is gonna bury him, what will happen to him etc...

  • This reminds me of my mum...Miss you lots mhomz....its true it makes me cry too ! though it was a 1988 hit my mhomz would still play it even for 1991 christmas!

  • mr chitungwiza at his best!!!! RIP
