Lego is a great dog! My frenchie girl Lola is 11 weeks and is beginning to learn "sit". Do you use treats when teaching Lego?

We have a cream also the same age (~8 months). We've taught her to shake and sit and come, but she's a very stubborn one. haha
Did you use a book for training tips, or are you just winging it?
