Don't think copyright laws care how many parts something is in, just that it's there.

I put up music vids because they can fall into parody law, the problem is the music. I have many vids that are blocked by youtube for copyright reasons.

If here! tv wanted to once something is up, they can write a C&D to youtube, who would then throw me off.

Coming onto youtube with my vids was enough of a step for me. I prefer my own site and my own advertising of vids through communities.
