Hacking a online data base, computer, game can't get you into 5 years of jail....ILLEGAL....It's like breaking into a house and looking through all the stuff destroying private property. To make it even more clear, its like going to someones mailbox and opening up all the letters. ILLEGAL. One single hack can get you multiple charges.

No, hacking a game is illegal. America was the country that prohibited it. The only reason why people who hack never and usually never gets caught doing it. If i had a wow account and someone hacks it, for all those year of leveling my chrarters and someone steals it, i could report it and the person who did it well be fine or arrested.

Thats just wrong standard, even physical assaults/ drug abuse in japan rarely earn ppl more than 1 or 2 years sentence. And you go off sentencing someone "five years in jail for hacking into a maplestory account"? A fine should be paid along with community service sentence requirement, not jailing someone.
