Im a 68R this is exactly what I will be doing after AIT next year. One of the best medical MOS's. Your given a LOT of free time plus the perks of this job are crazy! You hardly ever go to the field and u get paid to travel and inspect other installations.

Get your facts straight! it is the veterinary food inspectors that inspect that food comes from approved sources, proper storage, and still has good shelf life , PM only checks for kitchen sanitation
