Since she's probably one of the first drakes to walk on the planet, and they're immortal, since they can live over ten thousand years. On top of that, her drake form is huge, and she's probably about the size of Deathwing in their drake forms. She may look young, but she's probably as old as Tyrande, Illidan, or Malfurion.

@KittyzKatterz Thats wrong. Malygos didn't go insane because of the loss of Nelfarion. It was the fact he saw his dragonflight almost wiped out by Deathwing after the Aspects confronted him about the Demon Soul. Malygos and his dragonflight went straight to Deathwing and they lost heavily. He was driven mad, but regained his senses before the Nexus War.
