What evidence is actually against him? All I've seen are transcripts, not the actual audio. As history has proven, transcripts are meaningless in a court of law without the original recordings.

The FBI is in the business of prosecuting people, and so far we've only heard one side of this story. Why hasn't the FBI gotten an indictment yet?
