@Digitalman271 I actually do both. Lately, I have been doing a lot of tricking, but that is because I have no shoes to freerun in at the moment. But I love wall running, jumping, precisions, vaults, etc. . . Anyways, once I get some shoes, I'll go back to my roots.
@FourParcour It'll only ruin your knees if you hit your heels when you run! Which is bad even with shoes. Without shoes you could improve your technique which in turn will save your knees in the long run, and feet aren't sexy in the first place. hahaha.
@Digitalman271 Lol, Idk! I'm still a bit skeptical. . . I don't mind going barefoot for strict parkour, but when you add flips into it, it seems like it would be difficult. But I'm planning on buying shoes soon anyways!
@oogabooga8 Thanks! An aerial really is difficult because of the technique, and I've learned that with any move, you just have to break it down to the simplest form and slowly add the pieces back together. The simplest form of an aerial is a cartwheel. So of course, you should have a good cartwheel before you can get an aerial. Most people don't think about this though, and that is why it is so difficult. Just start simple, perfect it, and move onto the next step. Anyways, I'm glad it helped!
Very nice tutorial, loved it!

@Digitalman271 Lol, yeah, I've done it some, but I have bad knees already. Plus, it makes the bottom of your feet very unsexy, lol. .

@FlexiiTumbler Lol, thanks. I don't have a whole lot of flexibility, so I have to jump more than most, lol.
