I could listen to Explosions in the Sky for hours and hours. They just put so much soul into their music. That's what I enjoy especially.

The genre is widely considered Post Rock. It's a hugely growing genre for obvious reasons. Artists that have (in my opinion) really established the genre include Mogwai and Sigur Ros. I'm sure there are many more but these are the two I've been listening to for years :)
I don't know why but it's so hard to find people that understand and appreciate raw music like this.... 95% of society needs lyrics to tell them what to think... this music is creativity at it's finest.

@Xboxxkid12 If like this genre, check out "Mooncake" , "God is an astronaut" , and "Caspian" All pretty damn good, but nothing quite like Explosions in the Sky.
