It's the main theme of the Super Nintendo game called Final Fantasy IV. Actually it was FFII in the US but I'm not going to confuse you lol. Just look for the FFIV main theme or overworld theme.

a good tips is that , if u want only one thing to move, just move that, u don't need to draw the hole thing again ^^ but good work ^^ and i'm sure this took u a long time but if u follow my tips u can do it faster ^^ 5/5

Sadly, that's not really an effect you can have with index cards and a pencil. ^^; I know how real animation works, but unless you have acitate paper, you have to trace and redraw it all over.

Thanks! It was a lot of index cards, run together by taking pictures of them and running them in a sequence. I don't - this was for a project and I've been too lazy to make any more in years since XD

How did you do this? Whenever I do my flipbooks I draw it all in pen right away, then I scan all the drawings in order. Did you scan yours or did you use a digital camrea? really good by the way.

Thanks! ^^ I actually used a video camera (set to just take photos, not video) and posed it above the cards. I had a little frame made of tape to keep them in place, then I took pictures with the video camera tripod. :3 I used a program called FrameThief to put them all in order~

Aww, thank you! To be honest, the music part was pure coincidence - I'd forgotten my Enya CD and a guy at the animation place happened to have this on his iPod. Funnily enough it syncs up wonderfully :)

I love this video so much. My favorite things are the details in the eyes, like when she listens to the shell and opens her eeyes after she yawns. It's such a smooth animation especially cuz it's a flipbook (I could never figure out how to make those things work lol)
