Isn't crystal light made with aspartame? I do not mean to pick on anyone, but when someone recommends consuming highly toxic poison and calls it healthy I feel that person does not have much health information to offer me. Or possibly they are trying to kill me.
@girlygirlaura Actually the methyl esther can not be properly broken down by your digestive system.. so it breaks down into formaldehyde which your body can NEVER get rid of.. it also penetrates and puts holes in the blood brain barrier and is an Excitotoxin which gets brain cells so hyped up they begin popping. How about we just stop eating? Everything in the grocery stores has High Fructose Corn Syrup, which has Mercury in it. It's hard to find anything without it. We can go Organic, but they are very expensive.
