Was it Vince Sr? I wasnt aware of that. Vince Sr is the 1 who didnt want Hulk Hogan to be in Rocky 3 either & that wasnt just a boon to Hulk's career but wrestling in popular consciousness as well. If it wasnt for Hulk deciding to do it regardless who knows how different the wrestling scene might be today?

I perceive Vince Sr to have been too old fashioned to see the advantages of wrestling leaving it's traditional stomping grounds & expanding. It's good Vince Jr saw what wrestling COULD be.
