lol sounds like a car alarm. The TK Hydraulic at my church still has a stock Dover buzzer, but it keeps sticking on. So when it switches floors, it goes BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ­ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ instead of just BZZZZZ.

B Flat is the set transpose for the entire video. It is not based on a single sound within the video.

The lantern bell sounds like a Montgomery bell, and the BUZZ sounds really SICK.

That ThyssenKrupp buzz does get really sick when it the pitch is lowered. I have a software that can lower the pitch of a sound with the touch of a key. That ThyssenKrupp buzz can go really low and still sound good. This one in the video is an E, but I once lowered it to the B flat below middle C and the buzz sounded like a Saxophone.

Yes, the buzzer sounds sick when the buzzer is low pitch, and the buzzer sounds very annoying when it's high pitch.
