@chmo78 Me too. Billy is my childhood musical hero. But his actions as an adult are that of a Cunt and child. His bass player Doug of 20 years, found out he was fired on MTV!...Liberty , found out from someone else!! and even when calling, Billy resisted saying it he had to pry it outta him. What a child.

BUT I've been involved in situations where rumors were started by people not involved and it's amazing how far from the truth stories can get. The worse they are the easier they are to believe and the more people want to believe them. Unless I hear directly from those involved (and I'm sure even those involved will have different versions of "fact") I'm not going to buy into any of it.

@chmo78 well yeah I feel ya, I'm very much a skeptic as well, but these words are directly from Liberty himself from a Drummers World interview. I guess one could blame the firing of his band (behind their back) on Billy's "people" but Billy was the boss, he could've told them face to face after 20 some odd years, but he never did, according to Liberty. He even called Billy and he wouldn't say it. He had to pry it outta him. That is cunt behavior in my book and grounds for revoking his man card.

Billy seems to be a little bit shy and uncomfortable here. I find that to be a very attractive quality in a person when it only shows in glimpses and is surrounded with nice qualities. Billy seems to have that going on in this interview. Just spilling my thoughts. Peace.

@KrfNYC2 Maybe he's depressed. I read somewhere that he battles with manic depression. Maybe I got that from reading it as well as from one of his songs from Storm Front. Not sure about it, but, if it's true, why should successful artists be any more than what they already are? Or, he's just shy and uncomfortable. At any rate, it's nice to see the human side and then like it.
