Secondly, read between the lines since I did not imply leaders do not need a moral stat sheet.
Thirdly, the question really is that should the victimless crime like prostitution be considered a big enough infraction against social norms or mores that we have to bring down a well functining office (of course, people have varying opinions of Spitzer's tenure) just for that.

But I heard he was a very nasty person, famous for being a vindictive prosecutor in New York who treated everyone he took to court like they should be locked up and the key thrown away. So I was thinking that's how he must want people to see him. And now that's how the world sees him so maybe deep down, this is what he wanted because he doesn't seem to be loosing any sleep over it.
