Kakashi's death is not yet confirmed: maybe he just ran out of chakra by using his Mangekyou Sharingan in order to save Choji. This could explain why Naruto wasn't able to sense his presence in the Village.

not really they will just be paralized and can't move until they regian more chakra some chakra trianing like the star training in the village hidden in the stars it strains the body thats a way they could die. chakra is made of mental and physical energy,handsigns turn chakra into ninjutsu or gen thats why they get tired when using up chakra basically.

well everyone knew he was his father already but now we have proof he didnt die though he ran off and came back to stop naruto going 9 tails when the leader of akastuki killed hinata but naruto stronger because he got wind element nad kyuubi but fourth known for his seals he is most talented sealer so far and would have surpassed the third hokage in a few years after the nin tails attacked he also have sealed so good he can travel through time and space with seals.

Well, Pain stabs her in chapter 437, but in 438 she is shown alive...Naruto transformed into Eight-Tailed Kyuubi after Pain's "Chibaku Tensei" because he needed more power..and he just punches the Hokage in the guts for sealing the Kyuubi inside his own son's body. At least this is what I read.

Ok so hinata could be shown alive but pein killed kakashi and didnt kill hinata that doesnt make sense and naruto went 6 first then the kyuubi told him to go 8 because he didnt know what to do but he did punch yondaime for sealing the kyuubi inside him.

Actually, it was quite the opposite. It was the 3rd Hokage who used exactly the same technique as the 4th used against Kyuubi (nine-tailed fox). Minato Namikaze (the fourth Hokage) was the one to invent this jutsu, and the first to ever use it...
