  • The U.S. Senate has not been the same without Senators Byrd and Kennedy. Both were legends and the two longest serving members of the Senate until both of them passed away. May the both rest in piece.

  • @rjl1184 Ted Kennedy was a woman killer and Robert Bryd was a KKK member that probabably lynched black people. You must be so proud. Dumb shit.

  • robert byrd was a great man. he didnt start out good but he saw the error of his ways and denounced racism. a great american. god bless him.

  • Boooo Fuckin Hooooo!!!

  • Hard for me to be sympathetic.

  • I sheed tears for Byrd....cant say the same for Kennedy.

  • He was one of the few people in the government that I actually trusted.

  • I'm Republican all the way, but this was very moving. Byrd, though for a time associated with the KKK in the 40s denounced racial intolerance. Sadly, it would still follow him to his grave almost a year ago to this day. (June 28th, 2010.)

  • That's a true friend. Someone not ashamed to say it outloud and cry in public.

  • The comments here are childish. The man is speaking of a friend, and we should respect him for that. If only other politicians in Washington could bring such humanity to government.

  • I would pee my pants if I saw him gave a speech

  • AHI ESTA, AHI RADICA LA VERDADERA ESENCIA DE LA AMISTAD. ESA ES LA MAGIA DE LA AMISTAD. NO CABE LA MENOR DUDA.

  • BYRD IS A FUCKING LEGEND. RESPECT. I WOULD LOVE TO GO TO CLUB WITH THIS WHITE NIGGA ;)

  • skip to 1:49 for the lulz

  • Man that guy next to him as some serious control of self..

  • I was hugely inspired by this man after seeing his speech against dog fighting on Jimmy Kimmel Live of all places. He wasn't afraid to fight for what he believed in and he admitted when he was wrong. It takes a real man to do that. I may not have agreed with some of Senator Byrds beliefs but I will always regard him as one of the most important members of the Senate. RIP Robert Byrd.

  • Tranceformation of America by Cathy O' brian

  • No wonder the Senate loved him - A free excuse to take a nap every time he took the floor. This guy puts me to sleep faster than Bob Ross.

  • This guy is really in touch with his constituents huh? Maybe you should rethink that before you vote for him again. Yes I know he is dead but whats the difference.

  • Shut up old man, oh but wait, GOD took care of that permenantly for him!

  • @truthout911: you're a fucking idiot to say that. Hope people make fun of you when it's your time.

  • @eric5906 Im not making fun of him, Im condeming this old bastard for all of the evil he has done, especially in the klan. GOT IT! YOU KLAN SUPPORTER!

  • @truthout911: Jackass, Sen. Byrd did so many 'evil' things like: 1.oppose your hero, GW Bushie and his evil invasions, 2. pushing for worker's rights and environmental laws, and 3. consistently back legislation that was in favor of the workers and the poor. Yes, jackass, he was 'evil'. DICKHEAD! He did more good in one month than you'll ever do in your whole pathetic existence. LOL.

  • @eric5906 FIrst off Faggot, I did not support W. Second Byrd support Bush in the Iraq invasion in 2002, he changed position in 2003 after the midterm 2002 cong election after Dems lost control of the Senate. 3 The man participated in cross burnings, church burnings, lynchings. But of course this the man you champion. The same man who contract the FBI to bring MLK to the senate floor to tell him its time for him to meet his waterloo. 2 mos later he was dead. Tell me, Do you belong to the KKK?

  • @eric5906 Your racism is really showing here. You support lynching, murders of blacks, jews, and catholics. You are a bigot and a NAZI!

  • @eric5906 Oh also like he fillabustered the 1964 CRA with some Boaz study about how blacks are inferror to whites and how the Decl of Independence was not meant to be taken literally. Or how about his vote for the Patriot Act in 2001. Hmm real champion for civil rights. Only opposed wars when Repubs supported the, but supported them when Dems ran them . Like Vietnam with Johnson. Bosnia with Clintom. Hmmm.

  • @eric5906 Dude, pay no mind to The Dummy King. Read below if ya want a real good laugh!

  • @wonderboy1069b The Dummy King is a moron like you how doesnt even know what year the CRA passed. Now tell us how you think that Hitler was a republican. You are result of the failed public education system in this country. You probably cant even count to 20 without getting naked! Dude there is a village missing its idiot, go back and find it if you can!

  • @wonderboy1069b Your pathetic you are 56 years old and still using words like "dude". Yeah you are a burnt hippie who dropped too much acid during the 60s and 70s who probably still waits to hear Jerry Garcia's lastest record on the radio. When you learn to speak in complete sentences and learn what year the Civil Rights Act passed, then you can join the adults. Its ashame my tax dollars is paying for your rehab. What a waste!

  • @truthout911 Enough time wasted on you. And it's "Strom Thurmond", not "Strom Truman". That was Harry..

    Dummy.

  • @wonderboy1069b You are definately a product of the 60s, and drug addled crack head that doesnt know his head from his ass. Notice how you didnt address the facts. WHAT A SUPRISE!

  • @truthout911 You want facts? OK. Article from "This Day in History" that addresses a fact that you deny exists. Again, Senator Byrd voted "yea" on this legislation:

April 11, 1968: President Lyndon B. Johnson signs the CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1968 into law. This act provided for equal housing opportunities regardless of race, creed, or national origin. The 1968 act was a continuation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Son, your posts are witless and boring. Grow up.

    'Nuff said.

  • @wonderboy1069b Also how many people have you lynched up? wonderNAZI your boy Byrd was a BIGOT AND A NAZI!! Explains why you defend him!

  • @truthout911 "Definitely", not "definately". "Surprise", not "suprise".

I apologize for the name-calling. No more. Spelling lessons are free.

  • @wonderboy1069b More nonsense from a drug addled hippie. WAKE UP MAN YOUR IN HEAVEN WITH WAVY GRAVY, you freak! Facts are Johnson signed the legislation in 1964, Robert Byrd a nah vote and a 14 hour fillabuster. The more you post the more of an idiot you expose yourself to be. The fact that you have lost 4yrs of your life is an indicator that you dropped too much acid in the 60s. The fair housing act was in 1967, that Byrd also opposed. So again, how long have you been a member of the KKK?

  • @truthout911 Wasting my time here.

    So long dude.

  • @wonderboy1069b Youre a waste of a life, maybe you will be checking out soon like Byrd. One less idiot and bigot in the word!!

  • Comment removed

  • Regardless of whether or not his change of position on race was true or not, he did not become a better man. He spent his entire career stealing from the taxpayers of the rest of this country and funnelling it into his own state for nonproductive, pork projects. He was corrupt even by DC standards.

  • Rot in Hell, Ku Klux Klan Grand Dragon. You will always be remembered for your filibuster of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Rot in Hell you racist bastard.

  • @dahoss2x He overcame his racism unlike Strom Thurmond and George Wallace who both became republicans and could never bring themselves to fully admit they were wrong. As a minority I know he moved to the correct viewpoint and worked the rest of his life to insure that all men and women are equal in the eyes of the law. If you can't see that then your truly lost. Byrd is forgiven as Dr King would of wanted him to be. Show some decency and let the man Rest In Peace.

  • @DarkMagus1985 Its funny, by todays standards, Dr King was a Republican. Much more conservative then most who follow him. He preached equality, not social justice. Senator Byrd was a big government, money grabbing tyrant. Death did something that the people West Virginia were not free thinking enough to do. Get him out of office.

  • @LuckyPhrog46 Actually that's very wrong Dr King surrounded himself by very liberal thinkers like Bayard Rustin a gay liberal with ties in the socialist party to marching with Labor. Martin Luther King was by no means conservative. He argued for welfare, equal opportunity and social reform thru government action. He was not a conservative nor even close to such ideology in fact he was often called a communist and hated deeply by conservatives such as Barry Goldwater and Strom Thurmond.

  • @DarkMagus1985 What is a true conservative?? Are you saying i am not conservative because I don't like war?? MLK was more conservative then most who preach about him today. I can't speak for compensation, If you want to know what happend to the 40 acres and mules, thank the (liberal) carpetbaggers of the north. To be for Equality and equal justice, you can't support affirmative action or recompensation. I know MLK had his flaws, but i don't think he would be embraced by commies if alive today.

  • @LuckyPhrog46 Many conservatives like to water down Martin Luther King but he was a social engineer and a true believer of compensation for slavery. If you hear the whole, "I have a dream" speech, he even talks about blacks getting a check marked with insufficient funds on the 40 acres and a mule. MLK was a huge advocate for economic and social equality and an antiwar advocate. His speeches against Vietnam rattled the cages of military hawks. Its hard to believe but MLK was a liberal.

  • @DarkMagus1985 Strom Truman did support the 1965 voting rights act and he also had a black daughter Esse Mae Washington Williams who said he was also good to her, acknowledge her, supported her well into her adult years and had a good relationship with her. Im not defending Thurmond's past, but there is no evidence of Byrd ever turning the corner. Oh btw Byrd told the FBI in 1968 that it was time for Kind to met his waterloo. Are you a member of the KKK?

  • R.I.P Senator Byrd. Byrd was a man who came to regret his association with the KKK and his blockage of the Civil Rights Act. But as times change, people change, and thats what Byrd did. He was a great leader for WV, and will be deeply missed.

  • RIP Senator Byrd. We won't soon forget your legend

  • RIP Sen. Byrd. I don't understand all the hate.I know there was the fact that Sen Byrd was involved in the KKK, and some pretty bad political beliefs, and I am NOT excusing him for any of his past digressions, but it seems like as Byrd aged and his generation's ideals began being supplanted by other more tolerant behavior, he seemed to realize that the ideals he grew up on were not right, and try to amend things. B

  • Senator Byrd was a great man. Those of you who so sanctimoniously drag up his past association with the KKK apparently have no skeletons in the closet of your own. I tip my hat to your successful quest for perfection! Few in history have been able to attain such a lofty goal. Forgiveness being the hallmark of Christianity, I'm gratified to discover that there's a possibility that it may never be required, that there are those among us who have done nothing to be forgiven for!

    Dummies.

  • @wonderboy1069b I guess if Hitler said "I am sorry" instead of killing himself the russians, Jews and rest of the world would have not held him accountable for his past, right? He didn't change, he just fooled the sheep. He threw a bunch of money at people through pork barreling and people didn't care what truly stood for. I don't strife for perfection, i strive for independence and free mind. I don't have a price tag on my opinion of someone.

  • @LuckyPhrog46 Well..I summoned dummies, and, sure enough, one responded!

Senator Byrd effectively buried his past by supporting Civil Rights legislation. Not exactly cheap talk. We here in West Virginia grew to know and love the man. Your opinion is obviously fixed and free of any educated perspective. Like most dummies, you'll do no harm, so strive away.

  • @wonderboy1069b Name calling is a real sign of maturity and education. Are you 12? Sen Byrd "realized" right about the time he was running for the House, his involvement in the Klan was wrong. How convenient. I guess i am not weak minded or gullible enough to buy it. It takes more then a bridge or a park or lookout from all the other taxpayers of other states to get my vote. As far as him changing his views, you don't spend 10 years in a chicken house and come out quacking like a duck.

  • @LuckyPhrog46 Waste of time. As for name-calling: If it looks like a chicken, walks like a chicken, and clucks like a chicken, guess what? Must be a chicken.

    Same with dummies. Sorry.

  • @wonderboy1069b Hey WonderNAZI, tell us exactly when he supported so called civil rights legislation. Hmm You mean when he fililabustered the 1964 CRA with the Boaz study talking about how blacks were inferror to whites and how the decl of indep was not meant to be taken literally. Funny phony white liberals like you who claim to see racist everywhere like in 6th sense wont call out your own when its a democrat! Tell us something are you a member of the KKK?

  • @truthout911 Like when he voted in favor of The Civil Rights Act, 1968. Dummy.

  • @wonderboy1069b Hey DUMBASS THE BILL WAS IN 1964, and NOT ONLY DID HE VOTE AGAINST IT, BUT HE LEAD A 14 HOUR FILLABUSTER AGAINST IT USING A BOAZ STUDY CLAIM THAT BLACKS WERE INFERROR TO WHITES. PLUS HE SAID THAT THE DECL OF INDEP WAS NOT TO BE TAKEN LITERALLY. IT YOU HAD PAID ATTENTION TO MY PRIOR POST YOU WOULD HAVE SEEN THAT. IF YOU WOULD RESEARCH YOUR HISTORY AND STOP HOLDING PELOSI PANTIES YOU MIGHT HAVE KNOWN THAT!

  • @truthout911 OK dummy, here's how you do it, step-by-step: 1. Google "Civil Rights Act of 1968", which Byrd voted FOR. 2. Get someone to read it to ya, since you obviously have never learned yourself. 3. Study it, know it, EAT IT! That feeble mush in your head will no doubt experience considerable strain, but try anyway.

THE WHOLE WORLD'S WATCHING!!! Man, I LOVE exposing goofball idiots!!! I LIVE FOR IT!!! (Don't feel too bad..you're not the first..)

    Dummy. The dumbest ever.

  • @truthout911 Boy, your name sure fits! You have your momma read something to ya, and then you go into spasms trying to BLOCK THE TRUTH OUT, forcing her to call 911 on your sorry ass!!

    "Permenantly"..Geez Louise!

Dummy. KING OF ALL DUMMIES. Look, everyone, it's the Dummy King!! Never heard of The Civil Rights Act of 1968! Dummies of the world, bow down..YOU'RE NOT WORTHY!!

  • @wonderboy1069b Wow a spelling Nazi, how nice.. An old dead white kkk dead bigoted nazi and a youtube kkk suporting nazi! How nice.

  • @truthout911 It's "supporting", not "suporting". Man, you're dumb!! Have you looked up the '68 Civil Rights Act yet? CAN'T YOU LEARN ANYTHING?? You seem to be unteachable. Sad.

    Dummy.

  • @wonderboy1069b wonderIDIOT10689b Are you on drugs, that might explain your incoherent thoughts. You keep calling me dummy, but you dont even know what year the CRA passed. it was in 1964 not 1968.

Again do some research and stop carrying Pelosi's panties you fake ass two faced phony ass libturd. Face facts you BIGOT!

  • @truthout911 "Filibuster", not "fillabuster". "Inferior", not "inferror". Talk about the gift that keeps on giving! SNL needs to know about you dude! No need to search for new material with you around..you're funny as hell!!

    Dummy.

  • @wonderboy1069b Here is a link showing Byrd's misdeeds including the year he fillabustered the CRA, And my spelling correct not yours CRACKHEAD! Most Bigots like you are ignorant of facts. FACE IT AND MOVE ON! BYRD IS NOW ROTTING IN HELL, MAYBE YOU WILL BE JOINING SOON!

  • qaz ... Yes, he was in the KKK. What makes him different from other old white guys who were in the KKK is that he grew to be deeply and vocally ashamed of that association and of his vote against the 1965 Civil Rights Act. His sense of clarity on the matter grew very sharp, and his regret was always apparent. He warned young people to understand the impact of the major decisions they make in life, because they will follow you to you all the way to your obituary. It takes a real man to get this.

  • @christy23robinson

I love how all it takes to erase your past is to say your sorry and then become a democrat and throw money at people through pork barrel spending. I feel alot better about my country knowing that Adolf Hilter could have saved a bullet, come to the states, become a Democrat and gotten elected in your state. Seig Hiel!

  • @christy23robinson a real man brainwashed by clinton and the media

  • Senator Byrd grew as a man throughout out his life reaching a height few will ever know when he so eloguently spoke against going to war without provocation. Think how much better we would be had we listened to this sage of the Senate.

  • God Bless You, Sen. Bryrd. R.I.P.

  • who is this senille old man?

  • I love you ... and i miss you oohoohooh. LOL!

  • Adios Ted, Say hello to Mary Jo Kopekne.

  • @dahoss2x

I don't think they went to the same place, it cooler where Mary Jo went.

  • @minky103 True. Ted is burning... Byrd soon to join him.

  • @dahoss2x

    Why is that, Lord?

  • at his age he won't miss him to long i'm sure they will both be in a nice warn place way down under i hear you can't buy your way into heaven this is why we need turm limets

  • Gross. He wiped his nose with his bare hand. At 1:13

  • This is BARBARIC!

  • @CAPTJACKAUBREY69

    You're an idiot, my friend.

  • I find it amazing how good Byrd is at selling himself as some kind, loving constitutional defender of the U.S. to the American people. Shit, no wonder the politicians call We the people, We the sheeple! Look up what Cathy O'brien had to say about this psychopath!

  • Comment removed

  • this dude has lost his mind...

  • Why can't we have emotions between politicians on both sides of the aisle being this compassionate these days?

  • As great as this video is, it would be even better if Keyboard Cat played him off! Someone needs to make that happen.

  • Respect my elders? This guy was in the KKK for christ sakes! Look it up!

  • I may not have agreed with Ted Kennedys views, but he was a good man to his state and country, He workd on both sides wanting the best for America and its citizens. May God Bless him and Sen. Bryd for the helping hand on many issues.

  • @totellthetruth100 THIS DRIED UP OVER THE HILL SON OF A BITCH IS A CHILD MOLESTOR, PERVERT, MIND CONTROLING DEMON! HIS SINS WILL FIND HIM!

  • I am a proud republican, but you have to respect him for who he is. He loved his friend just like we do ours. You can not shame this man for his love of his dear friend and wife. Also, you all should try respecting your elders for a change. Politics should not cause you to say nasty things about an elder.

  • I'm "distraught and terribly shaken" that I start and end my day with this video.

  • This is the GREATEST VIDEO OF ALL TIME!!!!! At least thats what my "all caring, omnipotent god" told me.

  • Please show some respect. May God Bless Sen. Byrd.

  • I wonder how all the dumbocrats are going to feel when they realize that the healthcare bill taxes them 4 years before they get benifits that are going to be changed before they may get them.

  • I hope this idiot DIES soon. Kennedy was a murderer and so was this KKK faggot.

    WE ARE FUCKED.

  • In memory of Mary Jo Kopechne.

  • @Calhounism You're retarded.

  • Jaymoore

LOL...................you will still be broke, ignorant, and have sorry health care.

You are the one who is retarded.

    Rot in Hell Kennedy!

  • @Calhounism Then why weren't you out there protesting medicare? Senior citizens have been getting government healthcare for decades now. Why do you only have a problem with government healthcare for non-seniors?

  • I never once said I like medicare. No one should get free medicare.

With all those Jobs obama made we all should be able to buy our own.

    LOL@L

  • @Calhounism It's not about whether you like it or not, why do you tolerate it? Why aren't you out there demanding that they pull the plug on grandma? What, your values are not consistent? That's what I thought...

And now you're trying to change the subject with jobs? Why because you are losing the debate?

  • Your party is killing people at the moment. Dems will lose big this November. Everything they say is a LIE.

Just look at al gore and his corn ethenol, we no longer send the corn to nations like africa so people can eat. Over 30,000 people have died.

You are dumb and lame. Follow your masters.

I will remain free, like I said find a job and pay for your own healthcare.

  • @Calhounism People do have jobs and they still can't afford to pay for health care.

  • What a heartfelt speech.

He had to prepare it and read it like an actor who can't remember his lines -- but it was an Oscar-worthy performance indeed!

Only a democrat would READ a speech "from the heart".

  • Are there any smart people in West Virginia!? lol

  • TERM LIMITS!!!!!!!!!!

If you are voting this senile character in, shame on you. Mumbling incoherently, sleeping, and obvious senility on the senate floor. Fourth in line for the presidency!!!!! Horribly bizarre joke.

  • So, after this "speech" devolved into a display of incoherent mumbling and whimpering, he said, "Well, ok. That's that. We done here, or what?"

This corrupt old goat is about as sincere as my ass.

  • Kennedy and Byrd are long time friends.

  • Were fucked. This fools make our laws.

This Democrat is in the KKK.

  • Dude, hes not a bad guy clearly its apparant that if someone crosses you its over.

However people can change. So fuck off.

  • This guy is a senator that makes laws. You may feel confortable with him having so much power over you, but I don't. He is mental just like you. You economic slave bitch.

  • He has only as much power as you give him. If you want to lose sleep on things that you cannot control, be my guest. Your just one person in this world.

Stop being a fucking waste of time and space. Either quit bitching, or kill yourself.

  • You are a small minded bigot, so maybe you should change. xcrunner1000

  • when the hell kkk bryd goin die thats what i want to know, who give fck bout fat drunk driver killer

  • few people may know this, but this vegetable is 4th in line to be president RIGHT NOW

  • We are fucked

  • Why is this Stupid, fucking asshole still doing in office. Who are the assholes who keep him there. When are you going to go and join Ted and the rest of his degenerate family? Asshole

  • This guy is a democrat, he is a KKK member, He is 1 of 100 senators that make our laws. We are fucked, we need mandatory drug testing, and IQ testing, and mental evaluations.

  • TERM LIMITS

Has anyone seen this video in its full length? It s on here somewhere towards the end just a few seconds longer thaan this one Byrd ask that guy to the left "what else do I need to say" or Am I done?

    Its outstanding.

  • This website;;;;

    abcnews.go(DOT)com/Video/playerIndex?id=4895557

  • Term limits Now! Any American could serve us better than some dude wearing Depends.

  • Only Democrats are allowed to be former anything. If you are a republican you are never forgiven at all! Look at David Duke! These Hypocrits Libs are always acusing Republicans of being racists but the democrats are all lovengly forgiven while Republicans are thrown to the dogs.

  • lets see a kkk member crying over a murder, yep you have to love the dem party

  • Comment removed

  • What someone wrote that "we should all aspire to be former KKK members." Yes you are right that we should all aspire to be humans with former hate in our hearts. Just as Senator Byrd had done. Yes he was a member as a young boy back in the 1930's! But he overcame that and saw that King's and the Kennedy's fight for Civil Rights was just and it changed his heart. We all have anger in our hearts and yes we should all aspire to like the Senator "humans with former hate in our hearts.

  • I seen this when he spoke a year ago, I cried with him it was so sad.

Now Teddy is no longer with us and Senator Byrds friend is gone. It is easy to see it did not matter if you were a Dem or a repub everyone had great respect for this man. HE cared about people and America and the Less Fortunate above all. Who will carry his torch? We all should as decent human beings.

  • Senator Byrd has done more for this country, for minorities, the poor, women, the environment, and animal rights in one day than you have done in your entire life. Shame on you for mocking him.

  • I guess you're right- we should all aspire to be former KKK members

  • What's with all the hate coming from you people? No one is perfect.

  • They're right-wingers - no one would ever accuse them of being classy.

  • Alpha,

You are the biggest idiot on youtube, and a legitimate piece of shit.

  • Sniff, sniff. Now the Swimmer has no more interns to practice his waterboarding techniques on.

  • BWAAAHAAAAAHAH!

  • god bless him and ted

  • Where Is Your Spaceship?...No One....No One is Perfect...That man did more for this country than You or I have done...

But, because of him and in recognition of our talents.I will try..

If...If You Alpha get to heaven, I know that I will recognize you by the spider-wire you have for a crown and the deformed cherib with one wing that you've earned..Live Life and Produce..Not just for yourself..Stop midless commentary and let your true talents be known...and make something better.

    Take Care

  • RIP

  • how much do you suck let me count the ways, both of these men gave more to your country than you will ever do. Your sniveling fear mongering party is a big reason no progress can be made and we cant focus on creating a nation we can be proud of. go clean you guns and figure out how to do nothin but suck

  • I think that this video is really, really sad ... and it is an example of how much Kennedy meant to those in the Senate with him. Have some compassion, some heart ... it's not a public display of weakness, it's a public display of affection for a fellow Senator and legendary statesman.

  • So really now... hasn't this poor parody of a broken man already banked enough filthy loot to satisfy his greedy heirs YET?!?!

Why do they still insist on winding him up and letting him go to the Senate every day?!

Shame on them for not letting him retire so he can be content to lecture stuffed animals all day....

... and I don't mean the ones IN the Senate...

  • As a non-American, I must say that some Democrats like Barney Frank and the Illinois governor do seem to lack professionalism. Apparently Robert Byrd has been a senator since 1959, but the people of West Virginia need to embrace change if this guy won't embrace retirement willingly. This guy is third in line for President behind Biden and Pelosi.

  • Whatever happened to our government having strength? Ted Kennedy was not even dead, why was he crying? I'm all for having a heart, but damn it our government is supposed to be representative of the people. I for one would like to see resilience in congress. Is this the way we would like the world to see us? As a group of people who lose all hope and start blubbering at the first sign of difficulty? Our forefathers were this weak when they forged our country. Why do we allow weak character now?

  • Kennedy is a murdering womanizer,and

I'm sure byrd was involved in lynchings...

I will celebrate when they are both pushing up daisy's.

  • A former member of the KKK weeps over a fellow bolshevik's ailment.

    Touching.

  • lol

  • Very moving. I would have been moved to tears myself if Byrd had cried through the eye holes of his soiled bedsheet. The phoniness of liberals is sickening.

  • Is that the nuclear button on his lap?

  • This is a senile old man that should not be an acting US senator. What happened to the day when leaders conducted themselves with "control" in the public eye. And this liberal "God hater" has the nerve to reference "God"? As for Kennedy, I wish no harm or suffering on any human being, but he is a drunken, murdering scumbag. He deserves no honor, because he has none.

  • Republicans never killed anyone right?

  • Name one that murdered an innocent woman by letting her drown to death and then covered it up.

  • sounds like Byrd and Kennedy had a "special relationship"...

  • God Bless you Senator Byrd. I wish more Americans had the same kind of compassion, ideals and faith in the American System.

Our Troops (and not their fault) are placed in a war that was unnecessary and untold hurt, killing and evil are going on.

    Get better soon, sir.

  • That compassion is called senility and weakness, my friend.

  • this is pretty gay

  • Amen CrystalCalistoga Amen!!!

  • Ted Kennedy was expelled from Harvard twice, slaughtered a woman and got away with it, and enacted the most socialist policies the US has seen.

He is a cheater, a criminal, and a communist.

Worshipping him as a hero shows liberal bias in the media.

I hope he dies a slow painful death before joining Lee Harvey Oswald and Stalin in hell.

It's the least punishment for the death, destruction, and evil he has caused.

Oh and his car has killed more people than my gun.
